The whole process from start to finish was brilliant, from initial valuation to completion. The whole team were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Excellent service!

1st Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)Really poor communication buyer did not have mortgage in principle. They also were first time buyers and we werent told when the first time buyer isa matured. We had a roofer turn up at the house wanting ro assess our roof. This is after a level 3 survey and estate agent allowed this. We also lost our deposit of £1k for onward rental because estate agent wouldnt communicate we needed to complete on a certain date. Would never recommend the Abbeymead branch to anyone!

From the initial advice about preparing the property for marketing, through the numerous accompanied viewings they arranged, to securing a satisfactory offer and ultimately a sale they kept us informed throughout. Its a conscientious ‘go the extra mile’ service you get from what is a family run business. They are approachable, always return calls, and importantly their commission is very competative. I have no hesitation in recommmending CJ Hole, Hucclecote.

We had maximum support , never lied too, they were completely honest. We made friends with the team. We have to add , that although all the team worked for us , that the lovely Craig , hucclecote office was an absolute star ?. He updated us on our purchase most days, answering all our questions , and gave support all through our worries , he went above and beyond , an asset to the company
22nd Jul 2026 (14 days ago)So glad we made our enquiry into any rentals coming up because we were able to first view the most perfect house, and exactly what we were hoping for. Natalie booked us in and accommodated our availability. We were sold immediately and very quickly Natalie was able to send us all the electronic applications and ID checks which we promptly returned. The house was immaculate and had clearly been looked after through the agents and previous tenant. A fair price for rental also. Thank you Natalie and team.

Always very helpful nothing to much trouble and always put our minds at rest with little niggles as the sale took longer than planned. If your in need of an Estate Agent you couldn't be in better hands will without doubt use them if we ever move. Thank you for everything ????

24th Mar 2026 (19 weeks ago)Murdock & Wasley turned our first home purchase into a nightmare. They failed to disclose important information, were inappropriately pushy, very dismissiveof our needs and feelings, Forwarded our private messages to the sellers to pressure us into dropping certain issues, dismissively telling us to accept faults because "it isn't a new build." On completion day, we were ignored by the directors, the staff had a "very off" vibe like oh god this is them, our congratulations card wasn't even signed. Definitely an agent for if you want to sell not for first time buyer. They lack basic and professional standards and courtesy.
