The whole process from start to finish was brilliant, from initial valuation to completion. The whole team were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Excellent service!

1st Jul 2026 (12 weeks ago)Really poor communication buyer did not have mortgage in principle. They also were first time buyers and we werent told when the first time buyer isa matured. We had a roofer turn up at the house wanting ro assess our roof. This is after a level 3 survey and estate agent allowed this. We also lost our deposit of £1k for onward rental because estate agent wouldnt communicate we needed to complete on a certain date. Would never recommend the Abbeymead branch to anyone!

From the initial advice about preparing the property for marketing, through the numerous accompanied viewings they arranged, to securing a satisfactory offer and ultimately a sale they kept us informed throughout. Its a conscientious ‘go the extra mile’ service you get from what is a family run business. They are approachable, always return calls, and importantly their commission is very competative. I have no hesitation in recommmending CJ Hole, Hucclecote.

We have dealt with Vicky and Tony throughout our house-buying journey, and they have both been absolutely fantastic.<br><br>From the very beginning, they have been friendly, professional, approachable and incredibly helpful. They have always kept us updated, answered our questions and gone above and beyond to make the whole process as smooth as possible.<br><br>Buying a house can be stressful, especially when there are delays and things outside of your control, but Vicky and Tony were always so understanding and reassuring. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and it was clear they genuinely cared about helping us get to the finish line.<br><br>A huge thank you to you both for all your help and support — we really appreciate everything you have done for us!<br><br>Would definitely recommend!

They looked after us from the beginning to the end, overcoming any problems and relieving us of the anxieties related to the buying/selling process. Great communication throughout, with nothing being too much trouble for them. Would highly recommend them and would not hesitate to use them again should we need to.

Scott’s manor and approach was exemplary with all the potential buyers he showed around the house . His feedback was honest and quick. The after sales team (sales progression) lead by Helena was top draw. We were in what turned out to be a horrendous chain and if Helena had not been so efficient and relentless I don’t think we would have ever exchanged contracts . I can’t recommend these people and company enough . Very best Peter
