13th Oct 2026 (20 days ago)I recently purchased a property through Savills Henley and wanted to leave a review from a buyer’s perspective, as most reviews tend to come from sellers.<br><br>The purchase was particularly complex, but the team at Savills Henley were extremely professional, helpful and communicative throughout the process.<br><br>A particular thank you to Charles, who was excellent to deal with, very personable and played a critical role in helping the purchase progress smoothly despite the challenges involved.<br><br>Overall, a great experience with a professional and approachable team. I would certainly look forward to doing more business with Savills Henley in the future.<br><br>Highly recommended!

Charlie was always responsive and helped facilitate a sale pulling together all parties, and pushed to keep as close to our deadline as possible.

16th Aug 2026 (11 weeks ago)The most important thing in business is communication which Hamptons sadly lack from. We had to constantly chase on outcomes of the few viewings we had which isn’t good business. I also found your telephone system to be nothing short of useless. When we called you we were always greeted with please hold as we are busy ! Then the system would shut off and you would have to call back again ! I can see why small independent people ( social Media experts ) who are hungry for business are winning against the high street outlets

Ben Baker was excellent from first meeting through to eventual Completion - polite, reliable and efficient, as also were Ceri and his support team. Moving after 34 years was always going to be challenging, but Hamptons made the whole process much easier for us. We are glad we chose them.

13th Oct 2026 (20 days ago)We put the house on the market in May 2026, after speaking to Philip Booth (and other estate agents) for over one year. He totally understood that getting ready for an international move is not a quick thing. The asking price was set realistically together and we got full asking price, within one week of putting it on the market and we only had one couple viewing. Quite a whirlwind and a great result. Margaret was our main contact from Philip Booth Esq and communication was quick, accurate when needed. What has stood out since we moved in September has been when the Post Office failed to redirect post etc (which was ordered and paid for and was suppose to start the week before we moved) the PB team and Margaret has helped beyond their remit with picking up post from the buyers, communicated about it and made sure we’ve received it. We are so grateful for everything. Selling a house and moving is never easy, physically or emotionally. So pleased we had and chose the right team supporting us on this journey. Thankyou.

After making an offer that was accepted, Matt was instrumental in liaising with the property owner for access to the property before completion in order to complete renovation works. He communicated well, responded to requests in a timely manner and nothing was too much trouble. And he answered his phone when I rang. We moved in on July 29th and couldn't have done it without his help.<br><br>I would have no hesitation in recommending Matt and Knight Frank in Henley if you're buying or selling property in this area.
