2nd Feb 2026 (7 weeks ago)I have been using hunters for multiple viewings as we were looking to move house pretty urgently, Lettings agent clio has been nothing but helpful and supportive on finding us the right space for us to call home! She has answered all of the questions we had with complete professionalism! Clio has been fantastic all the way through. Because of this I highly recommend letting from with hunters.

It is difficult to select just one member of staff for praise as everybody involved exceeded our expectations.

18th Mar 2026 (3 days ago)To be fair the office team were great and supportive. The valuation team I would say operated with double standards and had a conflict of interest which went against us as the vendor. In short why tell us a price we could get. A price if we wanted to sell quickly and then when asked again by a builder that we asked to do a part exchange with. You tell them a quick sale price of nearly £80k less than you told us. Very odd. One could be forgiven for thinking that it was intentional in order to not loose us and our sale commission value. Cynical? Maybe. But instinct and intelligence tells me otherwise.

Holly is one of the only agents to keep in touch with me over tbe last 9 months i have been searching for a property suitable for my needs. Thank you for your help. It hasnt quite sunk in yet but ive finally collected my keys today.

They gave us honest, accurate advice from day one rather than just telling us what we wanted to hear, which made a huge difference when it came to pricing and decisions. Nothing was too much trouble and they kept us informed at every stage without us having to chase. You can tell they genuinely know the area inside out and that local knowledge is worth its weight when you're buying or selling. Would recommend without hesitation to anyone in the area. Proper professionals who actually care about getting the right result for you.

My house sold within 3 days. I have moved house many times but never have I encountered such a professional outfit. Informed on progress every step the way .These girls were professional, polite, and very supportive during this stressful. time. What a team ! All this without excessive fees too . What do they say about Estate Agents? Not in this case!! Thank you very much Bell & Co. Sue and Lottie.

McArthur is a local agent, and I believe in using local businesses, so I contacted them regarding selling the property. A decision I was happy with. No silly staggered fees or additional costs depending on how long on the market. A straight forward set fee plus VAT, perfect! From the initial visit to completion they have been great and the house went under offer in less than a fortnight. couple of communication hiccups early doors hut nothing major. Definitely recommend using.
