Helen made the whole process effortless, nothing was ever too much trouble, questions were answered quickly, and she facilitated numerous viewings for us without ever making us feel like an inconvenience.<br><br>It has been a genuine pleasure doing business with Bagshaws, and Helen is a true unicorn amongst the majority of, frankly, abysmal estate agents we’ve come across!<br><br>Professional, friendly, responsive and an absolute pleasure to deal with. The staff are very professional, provide a great service and are very helpful and polite. Having both purchased and sold with whitegates and experienced superb service each time I though it was only fair that I shout about it so that others will know how good they really are. I only ever recommend them (and yes I have tried others in the past, my worst experience being with a company that has an X in there name). Whitegates however have and are always spot on, you wont go wrong using them. Thank you to everyone there for the years of amazing service.

We felt our preferences were considered seriously and incorporated into the advertising and photos. We were kept informed at every stage and were extremely patient listening to our queries and answered our questions in a really helpful manner. We never once felt as if we were being told 'leave it to the professionals', but felt as if we were a whole part of the process.
