Extremely professional, understanding and kept me informed at all points. The process was simpler and smoother than I could ever have expected. I would recommend Bagshaws to anyone looking to buy/sell.

The staff are very professional, provide a great service and are very helpful and polite. Having both purchased and sold with whitegates and experienced superb service each time I though it was only fair that I shout about it so that others will know how good they really are. I only ever recommend them (and yes I have tried others in the past, my worst experience being with a company that has an X in there name). Whitegates however have and are always spot on, you wont go wrong using them. Thank you to everyone there for the years of amazing service.

I received an extremely professional, efficient and effective service. The efficiency came from excellent use of processes and intuitive apps but this was not at the cost of being able to speak to or get answers directly from the team. I highly recommend them.

One niggle is that when staff answer the phone they don’t give their name and which office they are at. It’s a bit unprofessional and you never know who you are talking to.

We felt our preferences were considered seriously and incorporated into the advertising and photos. We were kept informed at every stage and were extremely patient listening to our queries and answered our questions in a really helpful manner. We never once felt as if we were being told 'leave it to the professionals', but felt as if we were a whole part of the process.
