   Spencer's maintained an excellent partnership throughout each n every enquiry from commications to negotiations to finalising Exchange and Completion dates. Losing the first chain to a developer pulling out at the exchange jaws was a setback but did not reduce the optimism of the Spencer's team if Mark, Will, Matt, Abigail and Christy. The market experienced a slight reduction at this time with a slowing of demand so we reviewed our sales strategies and felt a price reduction was necessary. Ultimately this tactic proved very successful, with the Spencer's teaming finding many potential buyers with many offers as one proved very satisfactory to a successful Exchange date after many delays along the way, with Spencers assisting in chasing Agents, Buyers, Solicitors along the way Thank you for your excellent service you provided to us; potentially the Best Estate Agents in Dorset....    I was a tenant in Salisbury from 2019 to 2026. The staff at the Salisbury branch are very friendly and take the time to listen to your concerns. Whenever I had something that needed fixing they would have it organized in short order. I have since purchased the property that I was renting with Goadsby acting on behalf of the seller but at the same time went the extra mile to help me to sort my side of things out.    My house moving was an easy process with Wooley and Wallis. I saw a house, I liked it, made an offer and it was accepted. It fell through when my buyer fell through but luckily I got another offer and that was fine. Staff are all friendly and they gave us a bottle of bubbles on moving day.     I first turned to Whites two years ago to manage a property owned by husband and I that our daughter had lived in for several years. They organised the tenancy very professionally finding excellent tenants and arranging any works required before and during the tenancy. Then in August this year we decided it was time to sell the property. The lettings team managed the tenants very well and liaised with the Whites sales team who we had appointed. The whole process ran unbelievably smoothly and professionally. We didn't even need to set foot in the house again from handing over to Whites Lettings through to Completion of the sale.     We met Darcie in order to view a house on our shortlist of property. Even before the meeting it was clear that Darcie had taken the trouble to ensure that safe and comfortable parking had bee arranged for us. She was also punctual and exuded a professional, polite and cheerful disposition. Having viewed several previous properties with different agents, we were pleasantly surprised with the in depth knowledge Darcie had gained in respect of the property we were viewing.<br><br>We had prepared a list of questions, some of which had a technical or legalistic style, Darcie handled these questions in a calm and helpful way. She was confident and well read on the subjects. She was also diplomatic when dealing with questions that touched on matters of privacy and rights of others. For example explaining the background to adjoining land acquisition and the way in which this was outside of her remit.<br><br>In short Darcie represented her company with an easy going but knowledgeable style.
