A special mention has to go to Kim, who was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. She kept me informed every step of the way, was always quick to respond, had a clear strategy and made everything feel smooth and stress-free. Overall, a brilliant service and a genuinely positive experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, reliable, and effective estate agent.

Ryan, Julie and Lesley could not have a done more to help as I was selling from afar ( Aberdeen ). The solicitor which you suggested was also excellent.- 1st Nov 2025 (7 mo. ago)Slater Hogg was responsive and professional all through our sale. The staff are all fantastic and Karen and Lauren really kept us at ease and were so helpful, fast and understanding when our sale fell through and we needed to put our flat back on the market. We are glad we decided to use Slater Hogg and would definitely use them again.

What truly sets Karen apart is her unwavering support and problem-solving mindset. Every obstacle we faced, she approached with determination and calm confidence, always finding a way forward. She kept me informed at every stage, reassured me when things became stressful, and went above and beyond to ensure everything progressed as smoothly as possible. Her commitment and persistence made a real difference, and I genuinely felt I had someone in my corner throughout the entire journey. From the start the process was really professional and very soon we had exceptional video and photo presentations that demonstrated our property to our great satisfaction. The subsequent quick sale and the ease of contact for updates in the ensuing formalities was excellent. No hesitation in highly recommending their services.

They have successfully handled everything from taking over a property that wasn’t in great condition, to organising repairs for pipe leaks, arranging independent inspections and managing ongoing maintenance. I particularly appreciate the clear monthly statements and communication, which make managing a property from abroad much easier. She definitely got a fail at the school of charm. Maybe Alan Burke might want to have a chat with how she comes across and it’s definitely not professional by any means! After speaking to and viewing properties with a number of different agents/agencies, the difference was genuinely night and day, I cannot stop telling anyone/everyone when we're on the subject. Everytime I seen a property I was interested in was posted by Elevate, I genuinely done a sigh of relief knowing they were the best to deal with! What I appreciated most was that there was no nonsense. Everyone we dealt with was so kind, honest, helpful and genuinely cared about helping us find the right home rather than just making a sale. Their advice was always useful and they were extremely professional throughout the entire process! The first person we met was Sharon and she was an absolute star from the start. She made such a great impression and was a massive breath of fresh air in the sea of mess that we were in! We then got to meet with Sophie who was fantastic! She has always been very helpful, quick to respond to emails and made everything feel much easier, again has been an absolute pleasure and made us feel very much valued as buyers! A special mention also has to go to Joanne, who was helping me reorganise our many viewings, even late on a Sunday evening she was helping me, that level of customer service is rare and it did not go unnoticed!! I have genuinely been blown away by the whole team and have already been recommending Elevate to friends, neighbours and family. Anyone thinking about buying or selling should give them a call without a doubt. When the time comes for us to sell, I already know exactly who we'll be using! Thank you all at Elevate for making what can be a stressful experience so much easier!!??????
