A special mention has to go to Kim, who was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. She kept me informed every step of the way, was always quick to respond, had a clear strategy and made everything feel smooth and stress-free. Overall, a brilliant service and a genuinely positive experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, reliable, and effective estate agent.

Ryan, Julie and Lesley could not have a done more to help as I was selling from afar ( Aberdeen ). The solicitor which you suggested was also excellent.- 2nd Jul 2026 (27 days ago)I sold my property just over a month ago with the exceptional help of Slater Hogg and Howson, Bearsden branch. From my initial visit by Mark Cathro, who I was instantly impressed with due to his professionalism, knowledge of the area and confidence, as well as his approachable and friendly manner, to my confirmed offer, which took only a couple of days, I couldn’t recommend this branch enough.<br>I was also kept up to date throughout the entire process and dealt with Karen Mulholland often who was equally as professional, friendly and informative.<br>The staff at this branch made the whole process of selling my property so so easy and I achieved exactly what was projected.

What truly sets Karen apart is her unwavering support and problem-solving mindset. Every obstacle we faced, she approached with determination and calm confidence, always finding a way forward. She kept me informed at every stage, reassured me when things became stressful, and went above and beyond to ensure everything progressed as smoothly as possible. Her commitment and persistence made a real difference, and I genuinely felt I had someone in my corner throughout the entire journey. From the start the process was really professional and very soon we had exceptional video and photo presentations that demonstrated our property to our great satisfaction. The subsequent quick sale and the ease of contact for updates in the ensuing formalities was excellent. No hesitation in highly recommending their services.

Daar waar de meeste makelaars en notarissen in Schotland er een eeuwigheid over doen om de papieren en stukken op orde te krijgen, zijn Stuart en zijn team voortvarend te werk gegaan. Van het regelen van een tuinman tot aannemer, loodgieter en glaszetter, Stuart regelde alles snel en vakkundig via zijn netwerk en tegen heel concurrerende prijzen. Ook de communicatie via whatsapp was erg fijn. Goed om continu updates te ontvangen. Ik zou niemand anders dan Stuart kunnen aanbevelen voor de verkoop of aankoop van jouw woning in de regio van Dumbarton. Their communication was excellent throughout the process and I was constantly kept in the loop with the progress and what the next steps would be. I would highly recommend.

Diane carried out property inspections every six months and was always friendly, professional, and approachable. On the rare occasions that I had any issues, she responded quickly and worked with the landlord to get everything resolved as smoothly as possible. The entire process, from moving into the property to moving out, was well organised and fully supported, making what can often be a stressful experience feel straightforward and easy. I really appreciated Diane’s helpfulness, clear communication, and genuine care throughout my tenancy. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both Diane and the letting agency to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive rental experience.

As contractors, that makes a massive difference. They trust us to get the job done, deal with things quickly and always treat us with respect.<br>It’s not often you come across a letting agent that’s so consistent and professional. We really value the relationship we’ve built with Henry, Erin and the team, and hopefully we’ll be working together for many years to come.

She did an amazing job selling our property and made what was a very stressful time so much easier to manage.<br><br>From the very beginning, Joanne was approachable, relatable and genuinely cared about achieving the best possible outcome for us. Unlike some estate agents, she never made us feel like just another client. She has fantastic people skills, was always easy to contact, and nothing was ever too much trouble.<br>Joanne went above and beyond to make sure our property was presented in the best possible way and did everything she could to position it for a successful sale. They made a group chat so I was able to keep in touch with them and nothing was ever a bother to them. They answered any questions I had in the first instance. I don’t think I would have got through this process without them and I wouldn’t highly recommend and would use this service again. Thanks again guys x
