17th Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)From the initial contact everyone was really friendly, called back when they had promised, booked a viewing without setting up an account or sending tons of property emails that do not meet our search criteria. The viewing was at the time agreed and I felt it was very respectful to the tenant to have a group viewing on one day. Property had multiple offers and the bidding process was clear and fair. A very positive experience!

One of the slimiest worst estate agents there is, thinks he knows better than anyone else and is arrogant, massively toxic and reeks of bad practises. Would avoid as far as you can from Ash, he can’t even answer basic questions without being flummoxed at the simplest question. Also tries to conceal the truth on numerous occasions, but gets there if you press hard enough looool

24th Apr 2026 (12 days ago)Working with Hunters to sell our property felt like a 'breeze'. I know this seems an unlikely word to use, but the process from start to finish with Andrew, Brenda and the team meant they were allways one step ahead of things to guide the way, alay any fears. Communicating always with clarity, grace and intelligence ensured the process never felt unpredictable, our out of control. It seems clear to me they like their jobs and the enthusiasm and quiet confidence they demonstrated created a sense of calm for us. Thank you again Richard, Brenda and Hunters team for a job well done.

By far the best experience we had in our house hunt and really shows the value that local estate agents provide over the bigger chains. They made the process as easy as possible and I would highly recommend Fisks.
30th Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)Unfortunately, this is not very reliable for several reasons. After using this real estate for a few years and even with some problems in the property. After leaving the house for 4 years waiting for them to remove me from the contract, they didn't do it. Given this, it is for several times getting in touch and solving this situation they did not do it cordially. Emails that are not even answered, calls with yes and no. It is unfortunate because professionalism in any area is very important as well as the responsibility of tenant and agency (since the landlord gives the agency responsibility) and regrettable to have to make this comment because respect is following the law is something they do not do. Remembering that at the time of covid the government imitated a statement about tenant vs landlord in which the rents were paid in full and as an example I always did it in full because I didn't think it was right. Honestly, they have to review the owner who works and deals with the good tenants, not to disassemble the deceased is a lack of professionalism. In addition, after leaving the house they still try to accuse of leaving the house in a miserable state in which this did not even happen because from the beginning (private photos from the delivery of the key to the end of the contract). I don't recommend using this agency because it's not reliable

30th Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)I am buying a house through Hilbery Chaplin in Hornchurch and always found them friendly, helpful and efficient, Very easy to communicate with and specially both Kelly workman and Kellie Hallier were extremely helpful with everything I needed so far and very quick responses to my email and phone calls. Extremely happy with their service and highly recommended

I want to give a special thank you to Carol Wade (Office Manager) who was amazing she guided me through the whole process, including all the references, and was so patient and supportive throughout. Geoff Burgess showed me the flat and he was very friendly and helpful. When i went to the office, I met Jemma Buisson who was also lovely and made everything smooth. Overall, the team were professional, kind, and made the process much less stressful. I would definitely recommend them.

His agency stands out from the rest due to his highly personal service; we spoke with or saw only him so felt super confident he was fully engaged and invested in our sale at all times. His comms were also excellent, as were his problem-solving skills and professional partners. The photography was outstanding, with much thought taken in both the planning and execution. Highly recommended!

I can vouch that the team at Highams Park were respectful, knowledgeable, approachable, polite, professional, and diligent through the process of valuing, advertising, showing, and selling our house. They were exactly the same with supporting us in the purchase of our new home, from the initial viewing to completion. Thanks especially to Jon and Freddie.

4th May 2026 (2 days ago)Waqas assisted us with the sale of our property and throughout the whole process his professionalism, experience, commitment and reassurance was outstanding. He was always well presented and welcoming. We would highly recommend Waqas at Maybury Estate Agents. Waqas is an active listener, which is a very important skill needed for us sellers/buyers and whether communicating on the phone or in person, he was always personable, amicable, enthusiastic and ready to assist. No question or task was too big or too small for him to answer/action to make this stressful process a little easier. Waqas made light work of selling our property, it sold quickly, smoothly, efficiently and we got the price we wanted. Waqas kept us in the loop throughout the whole process. We found ourselves in a difficult situation at the end of the move, where we had completed and ran out of time to move everything out of the property, Waqas was there, out of hours, physically assisting us, move items out of the house, whilst also keeping the buyers happy. If there was ever a person that should be in a job like this, we found him! We sincerely thank you Waqas from the bottom of our hearts for all your hard work, commitment, patience and management, through some very trying situations, preventing a volatile and stressful situation from becoming escalated.
