Communication was clear and timely, and everything was handled efficiently and with care. Their attention to detail and excellent customer service made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. 31st Jul 2023 (3 years ago)Living in Bridlington and having to sell my parents property in Louth I was unsure of which estate agent to use , however , I just recalled that a board with "John Taylor " on had been outside my grandparents property way back so I decided on that. What a great decision that was, John Taylor have been exceptional from day one to completion, always at the end of the phone with help and advice, great communications as to when viewings would be ( the property was empty and the keys left with John Taylor, and a great understanding that this was not just a house sale to me but the sale of my family home for the last 69 years, the house I grew up in and called home for all those years. I cannot fault them in any way , the only word I can use is "exceptional" Special thanks to Anne who was outstanding , she is a star. kindest regards to all at John Taylor and many many thanks . The negotiator Chloe was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about the property, answering all my questions and making me feel comfortable throughout the viewing. There was no pressure at all, and everything was explained clearly. The whole experience was smooth and welcoming. Would definitely recommend!

11th Feb 2022 (4 years ago)I'm not one for reviews but I have to share my experience. After renting my property out through Northwoods (a lot of years), it was time to buy a new property. They had been fantastic at managing the property over the years, with constant communication and regular updates. the property was never left empty for long, just long enough to allow maintenance to be done (By their approved contractors) before new tenants moved in. So based on their professionalism I choose them to handle the purchase. It just seemed effortless, again communication was spot on, I never once had to call to push along, Sara and Sam seemed to be one step ahead and kept me well informed explaining any issues that might arise, when there was a problem they sorted it all out with a common sense approach. When the other party seemed to be dragging their heels (solicitors) on completion, there they were again helping the transaction through to the end. I can not recommend these guys enough, for making everything hassle free, with no stress at all.

It was really easy to deal with one person and she kept me informed of any developments throughout the process. She was very helpful, efficient and always answered calls and emails promptly. I was very impressed with the service provided. I would definitely use their services again.

Any questions we had he was always there to answer.<br>He encouraged us to value our house at a better price than anyone else and got us 3 viewings in the first week, 2 of which offered the full asking price. We’d thoroughly recommend him. He’s also a thoroughly nice bloke to work with.

Selling a home can be a stressful and emotional process, but the team made the whole experience feel straightforward, reassuring and completely manageable.<br><br>Jackie, the owner, is a consummate professional. She combines exceptional knowledge and expertise with such a warm, approachable manner. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and you genuinely feel that she cares about achieving the very best outcome for her clients.<br><br>A special mention must also go to Evie and Kirsty at the Sileby office, who were absolutely fantastic throughout. They were diligent, friendly and professional at every stage, doing an amazing job of sourcing prospective buyers, arranging and conducting viewings, keeping everything moving and ultimately securing the sale of my home.<br><br>What really stood out was how proactive, personable and committed the whole team were.
