7th Aug 2021 (4 years ago)Renting with Reign has been a very good experience. Sapna, in particular, makes the moving in process very easy. She is also very helpful and communicative. However, once in the apartment, the team has not been so responsive.
20th Nov 2023 (2 years ago)The valuer was very good and very positive. However, we only had one viewing in 3 months and the communication in general was very poor. No updates or telephone calls to discuss anything, it just felt like as it was a bad time to sell, they just wanted to wait for something to happen, therefore there was no point in calling. Staff very pleasant though.

10th Aug 2023 (2 years ago)Katie was so knowledgeable and had really done her homework on market trends, prices, sales, etc, in the area. We were so impressed and decided to use Bairstow Eves. It turned out to be the right decision and they have been excellent. I cannot fault them at all and would have no hesitation recommend these guys. In particular, the Carlton branch who are a great team. Thanks guys.

5th Sep 2025 (9 mo. ago)The best experience I have ever had with an estate agent (buyer). Jamie and Chloe both worked really hard and efficiently in both their communication and expertise. I was kept fully updated at all times and was supported through the entire process both pre and after sales. When I come to sell my property, I won’t be looking elsewhere.

8th Dec 2025 (6 mo. ago)We asked Nigel and Mandy to take on the marketing of our property after we were unsuccessful selling through another agent during a slow market. They were honest in their valuation, and helped to source a gardener, and to take out the bins etc. as we were living away throughout. More personable than a national chain, I would highly recommend Frosty Fields.
5th Sep 2023 (2 years ago)TES took over from Hunters just after I had given notice to Hunters and after having to stay with them for 16 weeks, all of the office staff changed almost overnight. I thought rather than go back to square one I would see what they could do. By that time my partners sale completed (21 April) and I have to admit I took my eye off the ball as we were very busy with workmen etc. However the communication was very little. I had one lady view in that time but she had not sold herself. She did view a second time but turned out to be a time waster. No-one senior ever spoke to me about any plan. I asked about an open day perhaps and was told the market for bungalows was just not there. I am now sorting out another agent who is due to photograph and do a floor plan today. Fingers crossed.

28th May 2026 (18 days ago)If I could give 10/5 I would! Everything was so easy, with communication being mostly via WhatsApp and nothing is out of their job description. Creightons really do go above and beyond and are always thinking out of the box to solve any issues. The team is super friendly with a one big family feel but a no nonsense approach when needed. Stop searching, Creightons is the one!
