The negotiator Chloe was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about the property, answering all my questions and making me feel comfortable throughout the viewing. There was no pressure at all, and everything was explained clearly. The whole experience was smooth and welcoming. Would definitely recommend!

Specifically, I want to mention Aaron - very helpful, pleasant in communication, and ready to go the extra mile to explain and assist throughout the process. Great service!
16th Oct 2026 (21 days ago)I had three unaccompanied viewings and sold my property through SQ. The company did good photography and marketed the property and that's where their helpfulness stopped. The lack of communication through the whole sale process was diabolical. They withheld information and made a stressful process ten times worse. Would not sell through them again.

They kept me updated at every stage, which made everything feel much less stressful. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

All units sold extremely well in a difficult market. From the day we viewed the property, to putting the offer in and the process in between, I cannot complain. Ben was really helpful from the start, engaging with the necessary to people to ensure all our queries were answered and we were comfortable to proceeed. James and Chris have kept us informed throughout and checked in to make sure everything progressed well. They have remained professional and helpful throughout. I highly reccomend them.

They were honest in their valuation, and helped to source a gardener, and to take out the bins etc. as we were living away throughout. More personable than a national chain, I would highly recommend Frosty Fields.- This agent doesn't have any reviews
