16th Feb 2022 (4 years ago)Worst company imaginable. Gave us misinformation for over six months regarding entry dates and also told us development was finished when it was not. Double check everything you are told by them. They misled us and we ended up over £18000 out of pocket. Avoid this company at all cost. They don’t admit liability for anything they do.

From the very first contact, they were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. They guided us through every step of the process with clarity and confidence, making what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and well-managed. Their communication was excellent — we were kept informed at every stage, and no question ever felt too small. They clearly know the local market inside out and gave us fantastic advice that helped us achieve a great result in a short space of time. What really stood out was how personable and proactive the team were — they truly went above and beyond. You feel like you’re dealing with real people who genuinely want the best for you, not just ticking boxes. 24th Oct 2025 (23 weeks ago)I have dealt with this solicitor and property agents since 1985. They are the most professional, thorough and efficient company that i have ever had dealings with in my whole life. I have bought and sold 7 properties for myself, 1 property for my mother and 1 property for my son. The property front office run by Carolyn McLaughlin and her colleagues always marketed my properties extremely well which in turn led to most of them being sold in under a month. In relation to my solicitor Mr David Vause, he is the ultimate professional in his field. David was always able to resolve any issues quickly and move transactions forward . I was able to converse with him over the phone or by email when i needed to. On the 22nd of October i popped in to the office to pick up deeds wills and other business letters to pass on to a new solicitor in Ellon. Envelope with these documents were left at reception for me to pick up and sign for. However David came down and we had a long chat about our interactions over last 40 years. What an absolute gentleman and ultimate professional.

From listing to sale in just under three weeks, they guided us with expertise, care and professionalism. Selling a family home is never easy but we felt completely supported every step of the way. Going forward with the house sale, Robert couldn't have been better, keeping me updated throughout the whole process, it was outstanding service and second to none. Thanks to the experience I received from Drummond Miller through Robert, I intend to use them again very soon when I sell my parents' house. Highly recommend without reservation
16th Jan 2026 (11 weeks ago)Had the privilege of working with Scott who helped me greatly in setting my property up initially as I purchased it on auction and so it was quite dilapidated and he helped in organising the refurbishment and brining it up to compliance. Further down the line I also had the privilege of working with Alex who helped me a great deal with giving me a fair and honest assessment of so many properties and the areas, and gave me very sound sincere advise on which to go for and which not to. He did a good analysis on rental projections. Overall it has been wonderful working with Zone Lettings as a whole.

Keller Williams Scotland must also be recommended for their diligent handling of the final handover.
6th Mar 2026 (26 days ago)I am so glad I went with Aikman Bell to sell my flat. I had no experience in this at all and was initially daunted by the task, but Stewart made it so easy. Stewart took care of everything pre-sale, including very helpful and easy to action advice on getting the flat ready for viewings, and was always warm and professional in his approach. Since the flat sold, Peter has been equally brilliant in handling the legal side - always clear and responsive, and making it feel very easy. I would 100% recommend Aikman Bell, and will be going back to them the next time I move!

27th Mar 2026 (5 days ago)Kenny was so helpful and empathetic to the fact I was selling my mums house who died recently. He immediately made me feel confident I had chosen the right person. The house was sold in 5 days for the valuation price which was fantastic. He was able to tell me a bit about the family buying the house and it was so comforting for myself and my sister to know it was going to a family who immediately fell in love with the house and were so excited to bring their family up there as mum and dad had done with us. I would highly recommend Kenny and the company to anyone. Thank you so much

I initially started off with a solicitor estate agent, and sat on the market for the best part of a year with very little viewings. I contact Nicola and after speaking with her decided to proceed. I was blown away with the service, she prepared my house for the photographs. It made such a difference and she was genuinely excited about showing my property. Two months in and we received an offer. Nicola came round on the day of the move to make sure we were on track. She has a very calming, caring nature, whilst efficiently guiding you. Thank you for making it a pleasurable experience.

19th Mar 2026 (13 days ago)Anyone whose ever moved from one country to another knows the excitement and stress involved with starting from scratch, the Mason Homes team was by far the best team to work with during this transition!!! Yes, the whole team is professional and knowledgeable but honestly it was the little things like working around our very limited viewing schedule, answering my insane questions during the vetting, set up and move in process as well as assisting with providing company names for services that made them a joy to work with. Even after moving in their was a very minor issue that needed to be looked at by a professional, all it took was a few photos and an email to Cat. The plumber was by within the hour and everything was fixed in no time at all. No stress, no headache, no complications! Thank you so much Cat for all your assistance with making this move as easy as possible!
