Although there were Googlemaps issues with my advert, he persevered with having Google fix the problem . His communication is excellent: prompt and courteous. The subcontractors he appoints for photography and home report are top quality. I would not hesitate to use his services again.

Their communication was excellent — we were kept informed at every stage, and no question ever felt too small. 10th Sep 2026 (16 days ago)This company allowed their client to get to moving date without doing their due diligence and properly verifying the source of funds, resulting in postponing the move date by 3 days for all 7 people in the chain.<br>This happened on the day the move was supposed to take place, weeks after everyone was in a legal binding contract!<br>Please avoid at all costs!

Communication throughout the process was excellent and once we accepted the offer on our house the legal team at Thorntons were equally exceptional. Our solicitor was always on hand to answer our questions and provide us with best advice. Thank you for taking the stress out of selling a house!

They marketed my property to an extremely high standard generating a huge amount of interest and a very positive sale . 7th Sep 2026 (19 days ago)We were hoping for a quick sale but to not compromise on the value of the property in doing so.<br>REMAX and Carol in particular did not let us down. Everything was explained clearly from the start. Great advice was given in preparing the house for the market. Then Carol took on the viewings too, so we could head out and relax knowing it was in safe hands.<br>The property sold at a very fair price both for us as the vendors and for the couple and small family who will take up residence soon.<br>It was important for us that the home got a continued love and investment. After all we’d been in there for almost 20 years!<br>A fantastic experience working with REMAX Linlithgow and highly recommend them for both buying and selling your property.
