26th Oct 2024 (1 year ago)2 viewings one offer £40000 below asking price which was set by agent as realistic then they said it was probably too high. Also I take offence to their Facebook posts that state everything they touch turns to sold! When clearly it does not.

Within two days I received an offer of the full asking price. They worked together with my solicitor to ensure the sale went through smoothly without any hitches.
