We met many different mortgage advisor but he was one of the best of best I have met. He was very easy to access he explained each and everything in detailed. You ask and he is always there. We were hoping that the process will take months but its was very smooth just because of Dylan. Many Thanks

8th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)I'm afraid that I would have to advise people to avoid using Quirks - we found them to be very poor at communicating, they don't really understand how to match buyers to properties, they don't advertise on Zoopla or on the Market and they came across as quite unprofessional. Buying and selling a property is stressful and quite emotionally exhausting thing to do and they don't seem to get this at all. They didn't seem to make any effort to sell out property but thankfully when we ended our contract with them and put it on the market with another estate agents, it was bought by the first person that walked through the door

28th Aug 2026 (21 days ago)Having rented a property from Property Book for several years now ,I have nothing but good things to say about the team .<br><br>They look after their tenants extremely well .<br>Someone on the team will always get back to you straight away when you contact them .<br><br>Always extremely helpful & any issue's or repairs need doing are doing are always fixed very quickly .<br><br>Would highly recommend their services to anyone looking to rent .

29th Aug 2026 (20 days ago)I should have written this review a long time ago, but even to this day, thinking about the whole situation still makes me angry. I kept putting off writing this review, but I’ve decided it’s better to say something now than never. My experience with Hopson Property Southend was extremely disappointing. The service was poor, and the manager, Richard, was not helpful when it came to resolving our issue. There were no call-backs, no proper follow-ups, and we were constantly having to chase them for updates. What really frustrated me was how proactive they were when it came to demanding money, yet when it came to actually solving problems, there was very little urgency or cooperation. Despite making numerous attempts to get the matter resolved, nothing was properly sorted and we were ultimately left with no choice but to give up because they simply would not cooperate. This was an extremely frustrating experience, and the way the situation was handled has stayed with me to this day. I would not recommend them based on our experience. I would give it a negative star if there was an option.

Having sold a house before, we were expecting the process to be a bit slower, but communication was good and things moved along smoothly. They kept us updated when needed and were always happy to answer any questions. We’d happily recommend them!!

1st Sep 2025 (1 year ago)I leave on 218 Harwich road 3 year ,was very old house, i let this house with Abbotts Property from Colchester, Manager from theare check with me this hoise before i leave and say everythig is the same how was before and hi does t see any reasson to take my money back from depozit, i leave i moving to Romania with my family and after 1 months this agency Aboots send my message i have to pay back 1600£ to change floor, toillet, garage door, etc so this landdor not coming any day in 3 year i spend my money to fix some things and now hi whany to clean and change floor with my money. So be aware with this agency!

Communication was clear and prompt, and everything was handled efficiently with great attention to detail. Their knowledge of the local property market and commitment to providing a smooth experience really stood out. I would happily recommend IPS to anyone looking for a reliable and professional property or letting service in Chelmsford.
