He was always understanding, approachable, and incredibly responsive. Anytime I needed anything, it was sorted almost immediately, which made me feel genuinely looked after as a tenant.<br><br>Thank you, Rob, for your professionalism, kindness, and support throughout my tenancy. My previous agent was helpful enough, but they simply couldn't find a buyer who was ready and able to proceed.<br><br>From the moment I switched to Bairstow Eves (Rayleigh), the difference was obvious. On day one, they arranged for a professional photographer to take photos and a video of my home — and they'd already lined up two viewings with interested buyers. Both wanted to buy the house! During the viewing, the agent built a genuine rapport with the buyers, really understanding what my property had to offer.<br><br>Even after accepting an offer, their care didn't stop. Bairstow Eves has continued to liaise with everyone involved, actively chasing the paperwork to keep the sale moving.<br><br>All in all, I've been delighted with their professional service — both before and after the sale. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

13th Mar 2026 (6 mo. ago)We went to view a few properties and had the pleasure of meeting Kriztina. She was amazing—very kind, sincere, and extremely knowledgeable about her work. She made everyone feel welcome and comfortable from the start. Kriztina explained everything clearly and in detail, and she patiently answered every question we asked. We met her a few times during our search, and each time she was just as welcoming and helpful. As I am dyslexic, I especially appreciated how patient and understanding she was with me. It meant a lot and made the whole experience much easier. Although I am no longer looking for a property, I would like to wish her all the very best for the future. If I ever need help with finding a property again, she will be the first person I contact. Thank you very much for all your help. Mohammad

Nothing was too much trouble for them and all the viewings were completed by the agent. Andrew, Daryl and Cheryl were always contactable and kept me fully informed of progress. I totally recommend this company.

The team is friendly, approachable, and always quick to respond to any questions or issues we’ve had. Any maintenance requests were dealt with promptly and efficiently, and we’ve always felt like we were being taken seriously and looked after. Moving in was straightforward, and the communication throughout our tenancy has been excellent. It’s rare to find a letting agency that feels this organised and genuinely cares about its tenants, but Ezelet absolutely delivers. We’ve felt supported throughout and really appreciate the high level of service. We would happily recommend Ezelet to anyone looking for a reliable and professional letting agency! More power Ezelet.

22nd Aug 2026 (27 days ago)We sounded like an easy customer: three bedroom house, nice garden, granny annex in highly sought-after location, on the market for the first time in 80 years. Fast-Forward three months and to everyone's horror, the house was built in 1909 using a method that no mortgage-lender would sell on. That would have been the cue for most estate agents to drop the client. Pottrill Holland stuck with us - suggesting transitioning to an auction, and staying with us through the entire process. Absolute integrity and commitment, we owe them everything.

29th Dec 2025 (8 mo. ago)This is the only Estate Agents that i can genuinely say care about their clients as well as the landlords! Our current landlord used Oakheart when we moved into his property and the guys were so helpful, (i did a review then as I was so impressed!). We are now moving back to Surrey and our landlord has used Oakheart once again. I have been liaising with Minty regarding viewings via email; she has been so friendly, kind and considerate especially with viewings around the busy Xmas period. She hasn't been demanding and has worked around our shift work schedule (Train Driver), when it comes to booking people to view the property. It is so refreshing for existing tenants to be treated with kindness as well as possible new tenants and the landlords. Thank you Minty and Oakheart! Happy New Year x
