Jon, Joe and Sophie were all extremely helpful and friendly. I felt their communication was excellent and nothing seemed to much trouble. Also very accommodating and helpful on Completion day too. Thanks to all and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

They were always at the end of the phone for any query and dealt with our house sale with sensitivity and respect. I would not hesitate to recommend Strutt and Parker.

From start to finish, the service was exceptional, and the sale of my flat was handled with professionalism, care, and genuine commitment. A special mention has to go to Nick, who truly went above and beyond at every stage of the process. He was proactive, responsive, and always willing to take the time to explain things clearly and keep me updated. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and his dedication made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and reassuring.

27th Sep 2024 (1 year ago)This is the 4th time I have had the pleasure of moving house, and the first time it has really and truly been a pleasure, the whole process from start to finish was expertly managed by the WW team. The whole thing simplified to such a point that I forgot most of the time that I was going through the process. The friendly polite nature of all the staff who would keep me informed as, when or even before I needed to know or do something was a pleasure to behold. Thx so much for making something that I thought was going to be so difficult SSSOOO easy.
22nd Mar 2026 (13 days ago)Hawks, in particular Jasmine, was fantastic. I bought the second flat I viewed. Jasmine was really personable, answered all my questions (including following up via e-mail as needed), and supported me throughout the process. I am a first time buyer so didn’t know anything about the necessary steps so Jasmine and her colleague (Sandip) helped guide and prepare me throughout. I definitely recommend using Hawks and Jasmine.
5th Jan 2026 (13 weeks ago)If you're selling a house, I can definitely recommend Cheffins. I was undecided on whether to sell or not. It was no problem for Cheffins and Ryan in Sales arranged a valuation visit and discussed the options. Having decided to sell, Cheffins took care of the rest, including keeping an eye on the vacant property for me. It all went as smoothly as possible. If you need an estate agent, give Cheffins a call. Not just sales, they're great for lettings too.

Before I went over she called me and asked if I was still searching and I told her yes.She talked to me about my preferences and got me booked in for a viewing last week.I am very appreciated of her patience, quick responses to my enquiry and all the information she gave me and would like to thank her for her efforts.

13th Mar 2026 (22 days ago)I chose Grace estate agents because of previous complimentary reviews, it’s out of town centre office location affording easy access and parking. Their terms were clear and reasonable, with their MD Tara Grace taking the time to introduce herself and the business to me. Here is the thank you message I sent to Karen Ward, who looked after the sale of my property, which speaks for itself: Just a note to express my appreciation for the way you have handled my sale of the above mentioned property once having secured a buyer. What on the face of it, should have been a comparatively straightforward transaction, ended up being slowed by the need for the buyer to change their representing solicitor practice twice! You were always ‘on the ball’ chasing up as required along the way. I also really appreciated the friendly and professional way all the office took calls if you were not there or otherwise engaged! All your colleagues were always a pleasure to deal with. Having had recent experience connected with the attempted sale of a different property further made me appreciate the way your agency works!
21st Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)I experienced extremely disappointing service from Richard and his team during our recent purchase, and the contrast with our current agent has been stark. On more than one occasion, Richard stated that he “works for the seller, not the buyer.” While I fully understand who instructs and pays the agent, such comments came across as dismissive and unprofessional. A competent agent should manage the transaction professionally for all parties and ensure the process is handled with care through to completion. We ultimately withdrew after discovering the property was of non-standard construction, something that was not disclosed to us. This oversight cost me nearly £500 in fees, not to mention wasted time and significant inconvenience. It is concerning that an agent marketing a property was unaware of such a fundamental detail. Once our offer was accepted, communication deteriorated noticeably. Calls were not returned, emails went unanswered, and when I raised this, the explanation given was that they were short staffed and someone else had been asked to respond on his behalf. This demonstrated a clear lack of ownership, accountability and professionalism. Overall, the experience fell well below the standard I would expect.

30th Mar 2026 (5 days ago)Fantastic letting agents, quick to respond to emails and deal with issues as quickly as they can. As a house we have put in multiple maintenance requests in over the course of our tenancy (fixing the boiler, installing an extract hood, a new bathroom extractor ect.) and Gray and Toynbee sorted all quickly and followed up to make sure works were completed to a high standard. Fantastic service all round.
