16th Nov 2023 (25 weeks ago)Although the staff were very positive and friendly, and keen to take us on as clients, the photographs, and promotion of our property, sadly lacked in imagination.
4th Mar 2024 (9 weeks ago)Whilst our property was being marketed by Connells. Connells arranged a viewing of our property for a couple that said they were cash buyers. Whilst viewing our property the prospective buyers burgled us stealing £5-£6000 of jewellery. Never at any time did we receive an apology from Connells they completely failed to take responsibility, completely brushing over the situation. Initially they would not provide the Police with the suspects details until Police threatened with a warrant. Eventually the branch manager contacted the head office who agreed to release the suspects details. We are now waiting to go to trial at Crown Court. Furthermore they valued our property at almost £1,000000 and after three months we were advised to reduce it to £850,000 The whole four months we were on with them was an utter shambles.

30th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)The team are very professional and valued my property at the right price ( the same as 3 others) . They advertise on all the main sites and we had quite a few viewings. Two offers and are now sold subject to contract. There were minor communications issues but once we clarified that they have been excellent at getting back to us with any issues and have always responded to emails or calls promptly
9th Jul 2021 (2 years ago)I have lived in a property that they managed for 4 years. They were very organised and professional from the start. Every year electricity checks were done, to keep us safe and every year they would contact us to renew the contract in a timely manner. When I was asked to leave the property (due some work that had to be done, for safety reasons) they gave me plenty of time to plan my move and after I moved, they returned my deposit within a good amount of time. Thank you, Adam and the owner of the house. I have great memories in that flat and thanks to you, none were bad memories. Thanks for your professionalism, work ethic and integrity.

3rd May 2021 (3 years ago)Excellent letting agent in redhill. Two people I knew in this company Vicky and Daniela these two ladies are so jim in there work.. during my Initial paperwork on letting process vickey was handing it she did so clean and perfect handover to me .I didn’t had any follow-up with them there were at the right time..???? days passed.. during my property handover I was working with Daniela another pillar of corbyn & co.. I felt like I’m speaking to my sister and I shared all my hard times to her however they understand the customer issue and resolve the same, again it was very clean and very Professional handover for the property . Once again very good letting again god bless you team ???????? ..
