He has great balance of being professional yet personable. Very knowledgeable, polite and overall I feel he portrayed trust which is very important to any landlord of course. I would highly recommend Michal and Cunninghams to anyone looking to rent out their property

He sold our property after only 5 days on the market and managed to achieve over asking price. They were so helpful I asked them to sell my property 3 years later. To be honest, if it wasn’t for their hard work I do not think my sale and purchase would have gone through. I would 100% recommend the Kettering branch.

31st Dec 2021 (4 years ago)Marie’s remarkable work ethic We were with another agent for 6 months, they showed know interest or drive to sell our house. We decided to go with a different agent. We went with Marie from fine and Country Marie had the drive and a different outlook on the selling of our home . She booked one open day for potential buyers to view, on that day we had a disaster, a water leak!!! (we were away at the time) Marie not only sold our house in it’s worst state , she helped with the clean up !! We were kept informed all the way through out the sale of our home . We would highly recommend Marie for her outstanding service , positive attitude and her remarkable work ethic!!
