26th Oct 2024 (13 weeks ago)I have met Daniel Berber when I was looking for a place to rent. I’ve been here in the UK for 3months and it’s quite hard to search and look for house to rent. Of all the agents I’ve met, he’s the only one I’ve given a google review. This is because he is the BEST! He was incredibly communicative! Very warm and approachable. He will answer calls and emails and will keep you informed about the development/ progress. I would definitely recommend him and will not hesitate to come back to him in case I need to search for properties to rent again. He is amazing! He also provided support beyond just the transaction/negotiation. His genuine care is within him and he is simply the best. Foxton is lucky to have him, same with all the clients he helped and he will help in the future. Keep it up Daniel!

Luisa, property manager in charge of my property, was responsive and easy to communicate which makes the whole process with confidence and transparent. Can’t recommend enough!

They have been incredibly consultative, personable, approachable and thoughtful throughout our house sale. They made the entire process easy and stress-free. If we had another house to sell, we'd certainly use them again - we couldn't recommend them enough.

12th Jan 2025 (10 days ago)The initial meet up with Mel was very friendly, chatty and informative plus Mel knew the area well but most of all No hard sell. No wasteful fancy brochures (to us was a bonus) all the information we needed to see about agents, sales/selling/prices was available on online property portals. I think it was the 3rd or 4th viewing we had an offer. So early days but so far so good.

9th Dec 2024 (6 weeks ago)Although we have taken our house off the market for personal reasons it is important to note that we have found the services offered by Cubitt and West Waterlooville have been exemplary and are highly recommended. The photography of our property was excellent. The care, advise, and interest in marketing from Elliot Campbell, office manager, is most professional. Should our future circumstances change we will undoubtedly return to the services offered by the Waterlooville Cubitt and West.

If he hadn't gone out of his way to arrange viewings and get through all of the barriers we faced throughout the process, I wouldn't have my house now - so I am very grateful to him. I have dealt with many estate agents over the years and have often had to put up with poor service one way or another but genuinely couldn't fault these guys. Jack was always happy to help, always made time and it never felt like a problem. Thank you so much :)

Nick's personal approach, understanding us and our needs to match with prospective buyers was hugely appreciated. This, coupled with their expert understanding of the area and the market guided us to our sale and enabled our family to move on to exactly what we needed. Their help extended to the exchange and completion process to which Nick's persistence proved vital in getting things over the line. Would recommend them to anyone! Thank you Masella Coupe. ????

He was very attentive to our property requirements and timely in bringing houses to our attention. Having previously sold our house through Seymour’s, they have been true to their motto and have been real “partners” in our property journey. Well done.

It was also nice work with a team who went the extra mile with a personal touch and really caring to ensure we were settled in well. I’d would very happily recommend them!

After having 3 valuations back in the summer, i decided to appoint Shane Bray at Bourne, i felt his evaluation of the property was fair (not the highest), his fee was fair ( not the cheapest) and most of all i felt i could trust him and his team. After a busy successful launch day on the property, the team found me a choice of buyers, and the sale went through with the teams constant progression early November. 18th Mar 2024 (10 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

14th Dec 2024 (6 weeks ago)We purchased our current home through Savills Farnham and Helen was great with this transaction as it got tricky at the end. We have just sold that property through Savills Farnham again and they were great at scheduling viewings and negotiating on our behalf. At the same time we also brought our new home through them. They made it so easy and straight forward for us which was greatly appreciated. Quinton did a fantastic job managing all the parties involved and getting us all exchanged / completed seamlessly. Couldn't have done it without them.
