They have been incredibly consultative, personable, approachable and thoughtful throughout our house sale. They made the entire process easy and stress-free. If we had another house to sell, we'd certainly use them again - we couldn't recommend them enough.

Although she was not directly involved in the sale of our home, she acted as our chain checker. I have no doubt that the chain would have collapsed if it weren’t for Caroline’s tenacious approach. She kept everyone updated, proactively chased every lead, and solved problems every step of the way. Hardworking and proactive, she also brought a wonderful sense of humour to the process. Her "this will happen" mindset and positive attitude were incredibly reassuring and kept morale high throughout.

Paul and George took over from our HA nominated estate agent (it was a shared ownership sale) and after 2 weeks with ace marketing and plenty of viewings we had a buyer. Their local knowledge really paid off. Communication was prompt and nothing was a bother for them throughout the sale process. Would recommend and certainly use again.

I’m so glad we put our house sale in their capable hands.<br>They were very professional but also so friendly and approachable.<br>Despite numerous problems along the way , the always sorted everything and soothed our nerves .<br>I would thoroughly recommend them to buyers and sellers.
