She clearly knew the market and the area to give us the best guidance to put in a successful offer on our new home. The building site was very restricted for additional viewings, but Emma was very cooperative for us to gain access, and for trades to arrange dates with her to measure up. Invaluable for us to have a successful and easy move. Thank you Emma, you really did make the difference to our purchase.
1st Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)We would recommend Percival's to anyone needing property management or to sell a property. Georgina and team manage 2 properties for us and we recently decided to sell one of them following the end of one of the tenancies. Georgina was extremely helpful in guiding us on how best to prepare for the sale and then actively managed all aspects of the process leading to a successful sale at the price we sought to first time buyers. While the property was empty and prior to the sale the hot water tank burst which was only apparent when the water company alerted us to unusual water consumption. Not living locally Georgina offered to drop by and investigate on our behalf to find that not only had the tank burst but the water was in danger of causing a fire with the electrics. The team drained the system and made safe before arranging for repairs to the plumbing and the electrics to be safety checked. We are hugely appreciative of all the service we receive from the Percival's team who constantly go above and beyond and would recommend them to anyone seeking a property agent in the area.

From start to finish, they were a superb estate agent to deal with, and their support made a genuinely difficult transaction far more manageable.<br><br>This sale wasn’t straightforward due to Probate and equity release issues, but Richard’s help and guidance throughout was faultless. He was calm, responsive, and always one step ahead—providing clear advice and reassuring us at every stage.<br><br>David Burr truly went beyond the realms of an estate agent. The images to support my sale were some of the best I've ever seen, with additional video and drone images of the area. His narrative to describe my home was engaging not just a bland description of a room. He understood that you are not just selling a property but a lifestyle. I cannot rate him high enough.

I must say we spoke to a few members of staff there and they were wonderful but a special thank you goes to Amy Doig who if it wasn't for her I think I would've gone mad, they say moving is stressful but with her advice, help and professional support we made it . Amy worked hard to help with any questions we had and supported us through the whole process, she kept us informed all the way through the process of selling and informed us of any issues or problems that occurred, thank you so much Amy for making this experience a lot easier for us??????, a valid member of the team at Oakheart.x

Selling a family home is never easy, especially when it holds so many memories, but Chris supported us with such kindness, compassion, and professionalism throughout the entire journey.
