Looking back, I made the mistake of assuming that using the estate agent selling the property I wanted to buy would make the process easier and quicker. It didn't. What I didn't realise at the time was how much difference the right estate agent can make. That difference was Hannon Holmes. From the very first viewing, Gill and Naomi made me feel comfortable, supported and valued. There was no pressure, no sales tactics, just genuine people who cared about helping both buyers and sellers through what can be one of the most stressful experiences in life. One of the best things they encouraged me to do was meet the seller of my new home. At the time I didn't realise how valuable that would be, but it turned out to be one of the most helpful parts of the entire process. It gave me confidence in the purchase, meant I had someone I could contact if I had any questions about the house, and we've actually become friends. Throughout the purchase, Gill and Naomi kept me informed every step of the way. I never felt like I was chasing updates or being left in the dark. They communicated regularly, explained what was happening, and genuinely cared about making sure everything progressed as smoothly as possible. What stood out most was that they saw people, not transactions. They cared about both the buyer and the seller. They listened, they supported, and they always made me feel like I mattered. Buying and selling a home can be overwhelming. There are moments of uncertainty, frustration and stress. Having people like Gill and Naomi in your corner makes all the difference. They are professional, approachable, honest and committed to getting the best outcome for their clients. If you're looking for an estate agent that will genuinely have your back, I would recommend Hannon Holmes without hesitation. I only wish I had chosen them from the very beginning. They are professional, responsive, trustworthy and always happy to help. Communication is excellent, and I have complete confidence in their ability to manage my property. A fantastic team and a real credit to the industry. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to any landlord!

They were confident in the service they were providing and I felt throughout that they were giving me an accurate appraisal rather than saying what they thought I wanted to hear. They were always on time, responded quickly and helpfully to communications from me- including altering times at short notice to suit me. The viewing process was well managed. The whole team made the whole process surprise-free and painless.

Helen Larkin and Beverly were Amazing , we had a lot of ups and downs selling ,nothing but things we couldn’t foresee ,but they were there every step of the way to help and reassure ,it would have been a hard time without them , so a massive Thank you !jane and family
27th Dec 2023 (2 years ago)They sold my house within 5 weeks and they didn’t value it too high so that it generated lots of interest. They also coordinated the offers to ensure it went to best and finals. The communication was always amazing with feedback after every viewing. Both people that worked on the sale - Kim and Jules - were really lovely and supportive too.

24th Mar 2026 (7 mo. ago)Very disappointed with my experience. I was interested in a property they advertised and made several attempts to arrange a viewing. Over the last 2 months I called around 10 times, but every time I was given unclear information. On my last call, I was told the property had already been sold without anyone informing me earlier. In my experience, the staff were not honest and the communication was very unprofessional. I would not recommend this estate agent and suggest others be careful when dealing with them.

We bought our first home here, and the staff were so friendly and kept us informed of even the smallest changes or progression.
