6th Jun 2026 (14 days ago)I would definitely recommend Pearson Ferrier to handle the sale of a property. From the first visit and conversation, Matthew was friendly, honest and professional. The team were supportive and helpful throughout and the communication was really great to keep me up dated on the process and progress. This overall process is never without stress but they played their part in making it as smooth as possible.

After being on the market with a different agency for two years with no success, Cardwells took over and completely transformed the process. From the initial valuation and marketing advice right through to completion, the entire team was professional, approachable, and incredibly proactive. A special thank you to Pam, who was fantastic at communicating with us every step of the way. Even when complications arose, she smoothed things out and liaised perfectly with our solicitors to get the deal over the line. They achieved a great sale price for our home and we highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell, especially if you've struggled elsewhere!

Big thanks to Claire too for assisting with the sale in the final stages and getting it through to contracts exchanging. Would highly recomend!

The communication throughout was also good. I wouldn't have any hesitation in using them again in the future or recommending to friends.

Absolutely no regrets as the team are proactive, fair, and friendly too?? We are at ease when it comes to the portfolio they manage being managed properly... So a BiG Thank-You to Zoe Jackson (There are Two Zoe's) as she is our direct line and property manager, however the full team really are friendly and knowledgeable, so great to deal with..??????

She was proactive, helpful and went above and beyond to keep me in the loop and give other members of the chain a nudge when needed. Would absolutely recommend to others!
