From a viewing at 10:45 to 1pm, a holding deposit was paid and the flat was taken off the market. Huge thanks to Daniel for all his help, cannot wait to move into a lovely new flat!!

8th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)It was a pleasure having Maisie Webb from Cowell Norford be involved in the sale of my property she did her upmost best to help me sell even after the first deal fell through she managed to find a buyer not soon after. I have dealt with other estate agents in the past but the staff at Cowell Norford were by far the best. Communication was always there and updates were giving regularly. ????????????

17th May 2026 (26 days ago)I was renting with Buckley Frayne from 2020-2025. Overall great experience excepting the last year. Good parts: Great service, quick arrangement for contractors if anything is broken. Things need improvement: 1. Poor communication between property managers and tenants, there was once I had to email our previous manager several time without responds then eventually found out that our property was assigned to another property manager. 2. Obviously I was expecting rent increase every year but the renewal price for our last year was ridiculous. They proposed £1300/month for renewal despite the market price is 1100-1250 (I know because the exact apartment got rented out with £1100 at the end after us) 3. The deposit deduction at the end, they tried to charge something like £200 or £250 for year and wear over 5 years wear and tear. I eventually got all deposit back through DPS dispute. In conclusion, if you decide to rent with them, keep an eye on market price if you renew, and keep records of all photos when moving in.

Claire Jacob has been excellent keeping me informed and up to date. Thank you Cardwells for all you’ve done to help with this sale.- 28th May 2026 (15 days ago)Nothing but impressive. I had several options of estate agent to use when selling my property in May 26. An initial visit from Ryder and Dutton ( and others) left me with a clear choice of who i wanted to handle the sale. The initial visit by the branch Manager ( Matthew Clayton) was professional and filled me with confidence , equally recognising the realistic potential i could sell the property at. Further visits for viewing and photographs were all coordinated efficiently by Mitchell Cust , leaving me feeling i was in good hands. The proof was also in the pudding, as an offer was received the day after a bulk viewing was arranged. I would 110% recommend Ryder and Dutton if you want to sell your house quickly and with the assurances you have a great team handling the sale of your property . Thank you Matthew , Mitchell and the team for an outstanding service, also for selling my property within hours of the viewing.

There local knowledge and reputation for selling similar properties as well as being competitively priced with their fee is what swung us towards using sell well. From the property being on the market, we sold our house within 3 weeks which was fantastic.

Absolutely no regrets as the team are proactive, fair, and friendly too?? We are at ease when it comes to the portfolio they manage being managed properly... So a BiG Thank-You to Zoe Jackson (There are Two Zoe's) as she is our direct line and property manager, however the full team really are friendly and knowledgeable, so great to deal with..??????

Sarah Connolly was my agent, and from the very beginning she was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. She quickly found a buyer with no chain, and the whole sale was completed in around six weeks. Natalie in the office was also fantastic to deal with. She kept me updated throughout the process and was always on hand to answer any questions. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and everything went through smoothly without any issues. The entire team made what could have been a stressful experience straightforward and hassle-free. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking to sell their property.
31st May 2026 (12 days ago)The team at Bentley Hurst have been a pleasure to work with. I have been trying to sell my apartment, but due to tough economic environment the market is a little slow. However the selling side have been very proactive, with Joe, Tegan, Rebecca, and James all aiding the original sale. Then more recenlty Poppy and Olivia have been geting it ready to rent. Their enthusiasm comes across when talking to them or seeing them in their office. They have incredible communication skills, both verbally and in their emails. They are quick to respond and always willing to help. Their insight and guidance has been gratefully received

Was a slightly awkward move process for us as we were moving from Ireland to Manchester but Grace was super helpful and accommodating when we had lots of questions.
