They are always been professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful whenever I have had a question or needed assistance. Every query has been handled promptly and efficiently, making the entire renting experience smooth and stress-free.

13th Jul 2026 (15 days ago)Update July. The purchase of our new house went through after only 4 weeks from offer accepted to completion. Amazing. Vicky, Paula and Rhea couldn't have been more helpful. We were regularly updated about the search results and outstanding queries with the sellers. Emails and calls handled with their usual speed and efficiency. I am glad we used Sleigh Son and Booth for both sale and purchase.<br><br>Just sold our house using Sleigh and Son Solicitors in Denton and an excellent service was provided. Calls answered quickly and return calls made promptly. Not having sold a house in over 20 years the quantity of documentation was a surprise but Vicky, Paula and Rhea provided helpful notes and guidance when required. So Impressed with their service we are using them for our house purchase as well. Highly recommended.

22nd Sep 2025 (10 mo. ago)I once excellent company completely wrecked by its new owners. The company used to be very easy to communicate with, now its easier to communicate with the dead. They use to be polite, but Northwood regard tenants as an inconvenience. I had eight years of good experiences but the ninth is a mess, and its all because Northwood, the new owners, are terrible. It must have taken a lot of effort to transform a great company into one I am now writing a one-star review for on every platform I can find, but they managed it.

They also coordinated the offers to ensure it went to best and finals. The communication was always amazing with feedback after every viewing. Both people that worked on the sale - Kim and Jules - were really lovely and supportive too.

She kept us updated at every stage of the transaction, liaised effectively with the vendors, and was always happy to help with any information we needed.<br><br>Buying a house can be a stressful process, but Abi's communication and support helped make everything run as smoothly as possible. We really appreciated her assistance from the initial viewing right through to completion.<br><br>Thank you, Abi, for all your help. 20th May 2026 (10 weeks ago)Sent out viewing request via right move on Friday for a rental property, filled out there form via email on Saturday (67 questions from) called on Monday and was told to fill out form, re filled form again was told someone will look through the application and get back to me to arrange a viewing,.rang back Tuesday, get told same and says they have received my form and someone will arrange viewing for next week, Wednesday property let already, they even said to me they can't do viewings because they haven't got the keys and they are trying to get access to the property so viewing would be next week, total waste of time and effort, what's the point of saying we will hold viewings next week and make ppl fill out silly forms with 67 questions, and then let agreed and don't update ppl who made a full application. Waste of time and space, if they are like this with just a rental query I don't want to know whats.it like being a tenant, may be it's good that I didn't get to view may be dodged a bullet here. Family run business my backside, total waste of space and lies throughout. Stay clear. Oh they make you fill out housing application form with the pretence that if you like it they can process applications quickly, that's without even getting to see the house yet, so you could fill out long form and make application, but if your lucky to see the house you may not like it but they have all your details already as you made a full application, just to see the house. You give them time and effort and they don't give nothing back, not even a call.or email to say property off the market,. Stay away from them.
