5th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)I got worst experience from the property Landlord. It is listed in your page. I am not fake. You came for taking the pictures of the property. After the day they didn't like the pictures because I was living and my stuff was there. They came again they were blaming me the flat was messy. But it wasn't. Worst experience ever. I will not recommend. The flat I got was not even cleaned. And demanding from me a deep cleaning. Now the prices are fluctuating after no one is taking.
28th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)Both Caron at the office and Charlie (who showed us round the property) have been wonderful in their approach. Highlight all the positives about a property and the area but without being pushy - which has the exact opposite effect with me and makes me resist. Able to answer my queries regarding a leasehold and service charges (unlike another agent in the area who ignored all my e-mails). Exactly what you'd expect but very rarely get - a good estate agency.

14th Jan 2021 (5 years ago)Found that viewing were being booked but some never showed, offers were being made but always mysteriously disappear or are not chased back. Just lost confidence completely. The feedback was vague also.

They are extremely reliable and always on the other end of the phone/email when needed. I know a few of my friends have also used this agent and have the same feedback. Thanks again :)
14th May 2026 (30 days ago)Inefficient and unprofessional. As a landlord I was not provided with any documentation or invoices for the last two years that they managed my properties. I reviewed them in 2017 when the service they offered was good following the deterioration of service, which commenced in 2020, I have requested numerous times that they remove that review as it is no longer true. To date they have refused to do so hence necessitating this review. An example of their unprofessionalism. When I removed my properties from the agency I had to repeatedly request the return of the keys for those houses. Such is the small mindedness of the director, the keys were returned in one envelope with all identifying tags and anything holding the keys together removed. A large number of keys jumbled together. Avoid at all costs.

2nd Aug 2023 (2 years ago)Lovely landlord. However have spoken and gas engineer out. Keep telling me the same. The unit flicks on for 5 minutes and then off. It never did in my 3 years at this lovely property that I like to call home. Heating and water still crazy. Gutter at front is leaking. Which o can see is causing brick rot. The gutter is leaking that much onto the paving it’s going up the wall. Will be an expensive job for lanlord. From me asking as it bangs on the front windows. No one can sleep if they come over. I personally think who is this company. They won’t fix the gutters after asking for 10 months. Sad thing is. Green mould is growing up front walls. Hence when I leave. After months of asking. Mould on walls behind radiator and also the gutter will still need seeing to. So ashamed have paid so much to keep a lovely house

6th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Following the successful completion of a particularly difficult sale of an industrial unit we would like to say WT Gunson provided an excellent service, their agent, Josh kept all parties informed and was tenacious when things began to derail. He managed to keep in touch with the buyer and ourselves to bring things to a successful conclusion. Thanks very much to Josh and the team. His recommendation of a solicitor was also appreciated.

14th Aug 2025 (9 mo. ago)The whole process with NPP has been very stressful. At the beginning all accommodations were met & so welcoming to the property. I was in a property with faults and promised so much to get this fix however nothing until I left and they sent someone. I have also been rudely spoke to throughout the whole process and chased for payments with no given help or support. Overall I am not one to complain however this has been a horrible experience

We were given lots of advice and support when we were ready to advertise our property and the photos gave the best representation of our home. We went live on boxing day and after one day of viewing we had an over the asking price offer. Everything has run seamlessly and without issue. Tom was available to speak to whenever we needed clarification or advice.
