1st Apr 2023 (3 years ago)Slades Bransgore were excellent. Nathaniel who dealt with this sale was very helpful. We completed three months from when they started marketing this property. My only concern with Slades as a whole was the valuation by another branch which was too optimistic. I only achieved 83% of the original valuation in October. Bransgore Slades were more realistic. I achieved 92% of their valuation.

Difficult to know if we are just unfortunate as it’s not a particularly good time to sell or was it poor performance from estate agents . Other similar houses on our estate have sold STC in the same duration
17th Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)Be sure to get as much information about the property before accepting a tenancy agreement with this agency. It was never mentioned during the viewing, only after moving into the property did we find out there was an oil tank on the premises that needed to be refilled twice a year at our cost. A costly surprise!
16th Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)Isaac and Anna were both absolutely fantastic. Anna was very accommodating when it came to the viewings and was an absolute pleasure to talk to. She helped me, and continues to help me, with the house buying process. Isaac was very energetic and sweet, he has kept in touch with me throughout the process and was lovely to talk to in regards to the mortgage aspect of the process. He was very informative throughout. Although… I’m shocked he’s never had a Toby Carvery, that needs to be sorted. :)- 30th Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)During the process of selling my house fox and sons were amazing from start to finish. I can't say I was the easiest of clients following a bad experience we had as a buyer by another local estate agent, so you could say I needed abit more reassurance. Sarah made the process a smooth one and not at any point was I paranoid this might fall through. We received a sales memo 20th October and exchanged today. Great experience and cannot fault them! Thank you so much Brockenhurst!
16th Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)Awful if I could give zero stars I would they do not care about complaints that are submitted to them in regard to their tenants as they are getting the rent each month. We have had issues with tenants of theirs for almost 6 months now and another neighbour for almost 3 years and nothing other then sending them letters which has done nothing and telling us to go environmental health. Absolutely disgusting!

They went above and beyond in managing the challenges that arose and, through their efforts, we managed an 11th hour exchange and complete on the property. Every effort was made to keep me in the loop throughout the process; all in all an excellent level of service.

They were always willing to answer questions and made everything feel straightforward. Communication was excellent from start to finish. I was kept well informed at every stage, and any queries I had were dealt with promptly and clearly. It really made a difference knowing I could rely on them to keep me updated. Overall, a professional and supportive service that I would definitely recommend.
