However, if you have an understanding and diligent agent you will find the stress of selling will ease a considerable amount. 20th Mar 2026 (6 mo. ago)Have been waiting for two weeks for a response to questions I asked re repairs and lack of property income statements, terrible service since the business was taken over by the new owners. I have also been informed they have difficulty retaining staff!!!!! Previously had first class service.

Regular updates & great communication from all the team from start to finish. My only regret was not putting our house with them right at the beginning of our journey & if we were to move again in the future Leightons would be my first choice.

Lucy carried out the property inspection…excellent! Hollie did all the viewings and kept us informed regularly of any interest in renting! Some references took a while to come through, but hey that’s the way it goes, not the fault of Hollie or Linley & Simpson!
20th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)Made an offer on a property and Jack came back to me and said it had been rejected. Made an improved offer £5k below asking price.Advised he would come back to me shortly. Over three weeks have now passed and no contact. Since found out property sold to a higher offer. The basics are you communicate with buyers and do not just leave them hanging for weeks !!!!
