As a tenant, I understand that a letting agency's primary responsibility is to protect the landlord's interests. However, what stood out to me was that Ben and the team always treated us with respect and genuinely cared about our experience as tenants. They saw us as people, not just occupants. While not every issue could be resolved immediately or exactly as we hoped, they consistently did their best to help, communicate clearly, and find practical solutions. Whenever problems arose, they were responsive, professional, and committed to supporting us throughout our tenancy. Ben is truly exceptional in the property industry. His honesty, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile make him stand out in a market where those qualities are not always easy to find. I would highly recommend Clifford Sales & Lettings to both landlords and tenants.

They helped us find a one-bedroom flat exactly according to our requirements, and the whole process was completed in less than a week. Wayne and Vanessa were absolutely amazing throughout the journey. Since I was busy with work, they communicated smoothly and professionally through emails and messages, keeping everything clear and stress-free. As this was our first time renting a flat, we had many questions and moments of confusion, but they patiently guided us through every step and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. Their support, responsiveness, and professionalism truly made the experience comfortable and hassle-free. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive letting agency. 14th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)I highly recommend EweMove, and my experience with them as a first time renter here in the UK have been super smooth. The renting process was very quick and systematic, with transparency, they've gone out of their way to facilitate us here in Brighton. Once I forgot my key by accident and Neil was so kind to drive to the office, retrieve an extra key for us and help us get in. THANK YOU GUYS !

They collected several months of rent in advance from the tenant, but it has now been three months and they still have not paid us the money that is owed to us. Communication has been poor, and the delay is completely unacceptable. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this agency..png)

Regular contact is key- especially if solicitors don’t always seem to consider their clients as the “most important”. He does! It can be a long emotional and draining sales process especially with multiple chains so this was very welcome. He is responsive, he cares & above all had our best interests at all times. An experienced estate agent, ahead of the game & we wish him well building his own business. We are sure he’ll be a great success through referrals & his “can do/ will do” positive attitude.
