Frank gave some very good advice regarding the price of the flat and things I could do to make it more saleable and Jackie in the office was a star keeping me informed with regular updates as the sale was progressing . I would thoroughly recommend

We had a negative time with the previous agents and things just changed massively when we moved to Property Shop. From valuation, to all the viewings and the amazing customer service provided by Beth. We were always kept updated and i genuinely felt Beth wanted the best for us, she was always available to answer questions and always kept us in the loop, she is a real trooper and so friendly & polite. The same goes for the other staff and also Natalie in completions, always friendly and efficient, nothing ever too much trouble. The staff are a credit to this place. We have been so happy from start to finish! Thank you x

8th Sep 2026 (6 days ago)Lune Valley Estates took over the sale of my partners house after having no luck with previous estate agent. Rob said he could sell in exchange for an toblerone from duty free and he did just that. He took ownership of what to do next, sorted out the photographer who was absolutely amazing at his job and the photos proved that! My photos received 100s of comments. Rob is Efficient, approachable, knowledgeable and friendly, often going out of his way and out of “working hours” to support.<br>We dealt with Rob direct but on occasion did liaise with the rest of the team at LVE who were equally as friendly and helpful.<br>If I was to sell again I would 100% ring up Rob and ask him to support.. and yes, I’d ring him direct. Can’t thank Rob and his team enough for enabling me to start a new chapter after 20 years! Moving isn’t for the faint hearted but Lune Valley Estates made it bare able and smooth even though at times it was bumpy.<br>Thanks again Rob and Team!

Always going above and beyond, communicating to all parties at all times with constant updates. I particularly loved my sales brochure. 19th Aug 2026 (26 days ago)There agents are the worse you can ever come across, I booked a viewing from Friday of the previous week to make a viewing the following week. I cancelled my work for the day, I walked down from my house in the rain, I got to the apartment to make the viewing. I was waiting in the rain for 20 minutes there was no show. I called there office to ask about the viewing, there agents told me that I didn’t call an hour before the viewing so there was no one coming to the apartment. Absolutely disgusting and terrible, they are the worst!!!.
