I would highly recommend them.<br><br>Phil and the wider team were consistently excellent communicators. As I was not living locally while the property was rented out, it gave me real reassurance to know they were managing everything properly and keeping me updated throughout. They stayed on top of all the necessary certificates and reviews, dealt professionally with the tenant, managed the day-to-day administration, and ensured I received my rental payment reliably each month.<br><br>When it came time to sell, Harbour Properties again made the process straightforward. All members of the team were great to deal with and worked with us at different stages of the process. They may cost more than other agents but you get what you pay for and definitely receive a premier service. Easily the best estate agent I've ever used (and I've moved many times!). Thank you to the team - happy to recommend.

13th Jan 2026 (9 mo. ago)I AM DISAPPOINTED AND FEEL DISGUSTED WITH THIS COPANY we had come here and they was lovely in the beginning and understood everything with us and we moved in thier has been problem after problem I have a little baby and I have contacted them about mold and rats and all sorts thier out of hours number is copy and pasted I have been in several times to show how the mold is affecting even are furniture they just say somone will be in touch it has been months my child has been very ill but as 2 parents and thier baby we haven’t got much other options even when we brought up rats coming through having to sort it out selves they just said sorry in an email that was it I wouldn’t recommend trying to contaminate with these people they have no time for anyone I thought they was lovely at first and really wanted to help they left me without a working bath or sink for over a month !!!! I’m disgusted
