I have nothing but great words for Simmons and Sons. They managed our tenancy for 4 years, and we're attentive to each and every request. Whenever there was an issue with our property, it was rectified within a few days. I will say this, not all estate agents are made equal. You'll soon enough realise that. Not up to the mark by any standards, the lettings department. When you call them to give a true feedback they usually become aggressive and hostile. Update July 2026 - I have revised my review rating to 3 stars from 1 star just because of the individual brilliancy of Cristina Gaibani.
