Have helped guide myself, struck great communication on behalf of myself with my landlady. Nothing is ever a problem either if something needs to be done.

Lauren's undelayed response to the emails is indicative of her devotion to the Clientele. Even though I am not a British Citizen, I have never been made to feel like an outsider.

Highly recommended Elevation for a speedy sale- 12th Apr 2024 (28 days ago)Overall our experience working with Michael Anthony was positive, there were a couple of times where we weren’t receiving feedback after the viewings from them, but once we raised this they then ensured they got back to us in a timely manner after that. We didn’t always agree with their approach to pricing but we didn’t feel any pressure to make decisions we weren’t comfortable with. Dani and Derek were great to work with and we are happy with the sale we achieved.

Connor took us for a couple of viewings before we found the ONE with all the right sound bites- ideal location in central Dunstable, Historical building beautifully restored and fitted out and very reasonably priced. The whole Lettings team including Hannah and Regan also played a big part in keeping in touch, sorting out the Admin work and settling me in. Very authentic in their timely communication, chasing up enquiries and thoroughly nice Real Estate professionals to deal with. Thank you Alexander’s.

15th Nov 2023 (25 weeks ago)TW were instructed at the second agent after I felt my original agent was not getting the results the house merited. Their marketing materials much better and viewing feedback and Street Platform better than of the other agent. Overall please, and whilst not achieved the desired asking price, this was more down to market circumstances, I am pleased with the Taylor Walsh agency

30th Jan 2024 (14 weeks ago)I originally contacted Jacob to carry out a probate valuation of my late parents property. I was impressed as this was done respectfully and with empathy. This was a 'driver' when the property later went up for sale, and the reason I selected Orchid Estate Agents. Jacob was professional throughout the sale. He has excellent communication skills. He gave regular pertinent updates, and addressed any queries and concerns. He is the best estate agent I have dealt with, and a credit to his profession. Many thanks from my family

They were able to take us through a very long new sale and we’re not only friendly but very professional too . Both Sue and Kieran were always there either on the phone or via email . Whatever we asked of them they always came back the same day . We always felt assured that they were making sure things stayed in track . We would highly recommend them to anyone. If we dare we’re to move again we would not hesitate to use Penrose .Thank you so much !!!
