I have bought and sold through Bill over a period of the last 10 years and, having also experienced dealing with other agents, I can honestly say he is the best. Very proactive, trustworthy and always keeps you up to date.

Lauren's undelayed response to the emails is indicative of her devotion to the Clientele. Even though I am not a British Citizen, I have never been made to feel like an outsider.
24th May 2023 (1 year ago)Very poor level of service from day one until departure. Failed to look after our best interests as customers paying rent and basically had to deal with poor customer service throughout. Approach with extreme caution.

1st Oct 2024 (10 weeks ago)We had a great experience selling our house with Lincoln. What we liked is that Lincoln had a personal approach. We had a far more successful experience with Lincoln than we did before with another bigger estate agent.
23rd Nov 2024 (20 days ago)We have recently sold our house and bought our forever home using Jackson- stop! We found Jackson- stop a proactive and professional estate agent to with. Anthony especially who we mainly delt with was always available to talk too, and did everything he could to keep everyone in the chain happy. All staff had a friendly manor, emails and phone calls always being returned promptly.

He was really friendly and knew lots about the property and area, and personally was one of the best viewing experiences we’d had from enquiry to giving feedback. Can’t speak on behalf of lettings but my experience with sales was excellent.

26th May 2022 (2 years ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.

Both Sarah and Elliot were very good, made appointments at short notice and their sales style was not pushy at all (which I really liked). Communication is an area for improvement, it became apparent when talking to the seller directly that information wasn't always being passed on and the manager of the branch was able to progress things that had stalled for a few weeks. 13th Jul 2024 (22 weeks ago)No idea how this estate agent sells houses or if they only earmark properties they post for specific clients/buyers already known to the business. Very oddly run, you phone up and are put through to an admin team of sorts, never an agent. They will take your details and say they will pass it onto the agent who will allegedly phone you themselves, they won’t give you the agents details either so you have to just wait for this call. It’s been just over a week of me trying to view a particular property, phoned in multiple times to no avail. - Update, if you find out who the agent dealing with the property is, you can try find their contact details on the actual website, the lady I dealt with was actually sound & treated me the way I’d expect to be, like 90% of other estate agent companies would’ve.

When I moved in to the property it was fully refurbished to an excellent standard. One time during winter I had a problem with my boiler with no heating for a few days. I made one call to 1st Choice and Mark dropped off some electric heaters, untill we got it fixed through Mear's. Anyone looking for property to rent then I would definatley recommend 1st Choice.

During difficult periods of the process in exchanging WeSoldIt had incredible communication and professionalism to get things done and keep the wheels turning. Without them we truly believe the exchange wouldn't have happened. We dealt with Adam and Rachel from start to finish who both had exceptional customer service skills which made the process so much better. We most definitely will be looking to use WeSoldIt for all of our property needs in the future after our great experience with them and will be highly recommending them to family and friends.
