Correspondence is mainly via email and I can be assured that any queries I have will be answered within 24 hours or less. I find it refreshing to have such dealings. Having always rented properties, I have met some unsavory agents along the way. It is a relief to deal with a company who are not just about working with the client (Landlord) but also about giving the tenant the best service possible too. I would highly recommend Stratfords to anyone looking to either rent or buy a property.
31st Jan 2024 (12 weeks ago)Absolutley amazing! From start to finish, Hunters looked after us, knew our requirements and did not push for anything else. Iain and Sean are so personable, in fact the admin team were amazing as well, Caroline and Elizabeth were great at communicating. All of them worked so hard with our solicitors to ensure a succesful sale. Would highly recommend, and if we ever move again we would 100% use these guys (although I cannot imagine wanting to move as Hunters helped us purchase our perfect home and also sold our old house too)

19th Oct 2023 (6 mo. ago)This the second time I have used Brown and Merry once with the sale of my mothers house and most recently with the sale of my flat. The Wendover branch Claire Raven in particular have been great. They found me a buyer within 2 weeks and helped through a quite lengthy process of issues with the lease. Thank you to the team so glad we got there in the end. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Lauren's undelayed response to the emails is indicative of her devotion to the Clientele. Even though I am not a British Citizen, I have never been made to feel like an outsider.
24th May 2023 (11 mo. ago)Very poor level of service from day one until departure. Failed to look after our best interests as customers paying rent and basically had to deal with poor customer service throughout. Approach with extreme caution.

Advice given whenever asked for, and always replied to questions. Looked after all the house viewings, and followed up after each viewing. Once an offer was accepted Michael Graham then chased this through, with other Agents in the chain, solicitors and my buyer. They also helped with finding a solicitor and remover. Many thanks. Stuart
11th May 2023 (11 mo. ago)We have recently found a property to rent via Jackson Stops and the service we have received from Simon Roberts has been second to none, Simon is very professional and engaging. From the first meet, to the handling of paperwork, the process has been effortless and stress free, We have both struggled with estate agents in the past and dreaded the whole process, however Simon has been amazing and completely changed our perception, he carried out the whole process from start to finish in a professional, highly knowledgeable manner with nothing ever being too much to ask. Simon had vast knowledgeable on the property we were viewing and knew the local area very well. We thought that all of the marketing from Jackson Stops had been prepared to a very high standard and much better than anything else we had seen produced other agents. We didn’t feel rushed or pressured into making any decisions, we felt we had the perfect amount of time to view the house, think about the property & even go back for a second viewing without the worry of it being snatched away, Simon gave us the reassurance we needed. Every telephone call was answered by the team in the office, every message has been passed on and every phone call has been returned without fail, Simon kept us informed throughout the process answering our questions and queries efficiently and accurately. Would highly recommend Jackson Stops, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Simon Roberts Harley & Paul.

He was honest, insightful, very helpful, and knowledgeable. Can't rate him high enough.- This agent doesn't have any reviews

He was really friendly and knew lots about the property and area, and personally was one of the best viewing experiences we’d had from enquiry to giving feedback. Can’t speak on behalf of lettings but my experience with sales was excellent.
18th Dec 2023 (19 weeks ago)Deakin White were efficient and proactive in searching for properties for me. Both Sarah and Elliot were very good, made appointments at short notice and their sales style was not pushy at all (which I really liked). Communication is an area for improvement, it became apparent when talking to the seller directly that information wasn't always being passed on and the manager of the branch was able to progress things that had stalled for a few weeks. Overall a good experience.
