5th Nov 2022 (3 years ago)My wife and I had the pleasure of engaging Sam Tomlinson as our selling agent for our property in Maidenhead, Berkshire, United Kingdom. Before we engaged Sam, we had sought out many other realtors in the area - even some of the big national brands. Unfortunately, the majority of them were unprofessional & tardy and there were some even to point of non responsiveness and or over commitments that simply were not attainable. From the time we first engaged Sam right until to the point when we closed the sale of the house, Sam exemplified expertise and professionalism to the core. The entire selling process went so smoothly despite Sam being in Maidenhead in the UK, and my wife and I were between California and Dubai. All our meetings were professional and highly productive albeit they being virtual. Sam was extremely courteous, highly responsive and very knowledgeable and advised us every step of the way. Despite Sam having to be away for a week, all matters pertaining to the sale was handled by another colleague without any disruption to the selling process. Sam’s professional advise on the indicative selling price, to his recommendations for re painting our house to fixing the electrical fixtures all led to a quick sale of our property at our expected selling price. We sold the house within less than a month of open viewings and closed the transaction within 2 months. The amazing this was this was all accomplished in an era where house prices were dropping and interest rates skyrocketing. Therefore it gives me great pleasure in recommending Sam Tomlinson and the good folks at Braxton for any real estate services in Maidenhead. Braxtons and Sam has my utmost confidence!

I was very impressed with the politeness and professionalism of the two staff members I spoke to. First Saffron who helped me navigate your front door{!}, and then helped me with my enquiry, and also Dylan who helped answer some of my more detailed questions, as he had had experience with regard to these type of retirement properties. I will definitely recommend your estate agents to anyone I speak to. 13th Jul 2026 (22 days ago)What a dreadful experience with their lettings team. My daughter went to view a place today and the lady from the agent she met at the property refused to take her (and my wife) around when she asked them onsite when she could move in. This was despite the fact that they had explained her circumstances when my daughter called to make the viewing. As a landlord, I would be shocked if I knew my agent had dealt with a prospective tenant in this way. They'll never get my business nor will we be going back to this agent as a prospective tenant.
12th May 2026 (12 weeks ago)Chloe was very friendly and personable. Very quick in answering questions and keeping informed of viewing comments. First two months (January/February) were very slow on viewings, but March and April were much more productive. Happy with final result.

Stuart was super helpful when it came to us buying our family home in Windsor, with a great amount of knowledge and support - especially as we were buying a house with a big future renovation project in mind. We then decided to use them again to rent the property out for a short time before we moved in ourselves, and we had Adele looking after the property, who was fantastic throughout. She was always so quick to reply to emails when we needed anything, and even at the end of the tenancy when we had a few potential issues with the tenants moving out, she dealt with everything brilliantly! Would certainly recommend Lawsons for any housing needs. Thanks to the whole team.

Natalie in particular was impeccabile throughout our sale, she is very good at her job, and she always kept us updated at every point. I trusted Natalie to always keep in touch and phone me and always available to help. She is one step ahead. Thank you Natalie! Good job.

They were always honest, helpful and never made us feel pressured into accepting offers we weren’t happy with. They fully supported us in holding out for the right buyer and in the end we got the price we wanted.<br><br>The whole team made what can be a stressful process feel much easier. Great communication from start to finish and a genuinely brilliant service. We’d happily recommend Coopers.
