27th Dec 2023 (2 years ago)They sold my house within 5 weeks and they didn’t value it too high so that it generated lots of interest. They also coordinated the offers to ensure it went to best and finals. The communication was always amazing with feedback after every viewing. Both people that worked on the sale - Kim and Jules - were really lovely and supportive too.- 2nd Mar 2021 (5 years ago)Excellent turn around and very competitive prices. The staff are well mannered and are happy to awnser a variety of queries.

17th Jul 2021 (4 years ago)Dreadful agent (Andy Backhouse) that seems to struggle to sell properties even in the middle of a boom. Lacks professionalism and / or the basic ability to return calls or emails in less than a week. If you're thinking of selling your property, avoid these or at least this agent. There are plenty more competent, and proactive agents out there.

Such as finding potential tenants or coordinating with them during handovers. Whenever issues arise with the property, I can’t be there to address them immediately. Luckily a friend referred me to the goat residential agency. Their agents are attentive and patient, always listening to my needs. They even care for my property more than I do, allowing me to fully entrust all of my properties to their care with complete peace of mind.
