We were very impressed with the number of viewings and feedback. Once the offer had been accepted the sale was dealt with very efficiently. As a couple just starting on our house buying journey, it was great to have someone who was approachable, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with.<br><br>He was happy to have a conversation and didn’t make us feel rushed or under any pressure. Toby made what could have been a nerve-wracking first viewing into a really positive and enjoyable experience. From the very beginning, Lorraine and nick and the whole team were friendly, professional, and incredibly supportive throughout what was a long and sometimes stressful process.<br><br>As first-time buyers and both being self-employed, there were definitely challenges along the way, but Lorraine always kept us updated, answered our questions, and was so reassuring whenever we needed it. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble.<br><br>Today we finally got the keys to our first home, and we’re so grateful for all the hard work, patience, and kindness shown to us throughout. The images to support my sale were some of the best I've ever seen, with additional video and drone images of the area. His narrative to describe my home was engaging not just a bland description of a room. He understood that you are not just selling a property but a lifestyle. I cannot rate him high enough.

Friendly, professional, reliable, and always on top of everything, they made what could have been a stressful experience much smoother.<br>Communication was outstanding from start to finish – they were incredibly responsive, kept us updated at every stage, and were always happy to answer questions.
