Once the offer had been accepted the sale was dealt with very efficiently. Those that we had the most contact with were Ben, Shannon, Sanyell, and Jake. 10th Sep 2026 (8 days ago)The only thing I’d criticise is that the tone of one of the office staff was a little hectoring. In selling a house, I think the agent ought to suggest, rather than push, options. But it was just one person and I didn’t have to deal with them too much.

Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.
27th Aug 2026 (22 days ago)A Little late with this review, but Kevin Sold our property last year and cannot speak highly enough of the service him and the team gave us, with the stress of selling and moving, Kevin could not be more calming, listening to our concerns and helping with the onward chain!!!<br><br>If selling or buying, I'd absolutely recommend going through Murray Lee McKenzie!
