From mortgage advice, tips for marketing the property, any questions or queries relating to sales or purchases.<br>Very responsive, sorted any questions I had quickly, professionally and friendly.<br>Big thanks to Charley, Isla, Mackenzie and Emma who've made the process simple and as pain free as buying and selling can be.
2nd Sep 2025 (11 mo. ago)I do feel that they need to have social media platforms to promote properties like most agents do. Also there is no shop to go in or for them to advertise the brochure etc. there way of working g may work for some for houses that will sell quickly but not for me.

They are genuinely warm, approachable, and professional people who worked incredibly hard to achieve a very strong sale price for the property.<br>What impressed me most was their commitment to keeping the transaction moving. They consistently chased all parties involved, including solicitors and buyers, and stayed on top of every detail right through to completion. Whenever progress slowed, they proactively followed up and did everything possible to keep matters on track.<br>I know I probably tested their patience at times with my many questions and requests, but they were always helpful, responsive, and supportive. Their dedication and professionalism made a challenging process much easier to navigate.<br>I would like to sincerely thank both Richard and Emma for all their hard work and support. I wish them every success in the future and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for dedicated and trustworthy estate agents.<br>Thanks a ton, team! ??????

3rd Aug 2026 (8 days ago)It never turned up to the view in. Making up excuses. I find this very, very disappointing from a letting agency making it harder for people like myself to try and find somewhere to live. And then they refused to turn not to the view and make one excuse after another. I find this very disappointed and very angry I come two and a half hours away on Friday and never turned up. It's one skis after a novel. And I find it very disappointing. When someone's coming nearly two and a half hours away to view a property. I'm very disappointed and very angry and now I've got to look for another letting agency. Never wanted to resolve it.
