3rd Sep 2026 (14 days ago)Liz Cooke at Kendalls was absolutely excellent and worked very hard to get our house sale over the line; we're grateful for all her tireless communications with the various parties involved, her expertise and tenacity!<br>By way of helpful feedback - we felt that, on reflection, our property was over-priced in the first instance, which made for a slow start to the viewing process, and the original photographs / sales brochure could have been better, but this was rectified quickly.<br>But once we had a buyer Liz Cooke pulled out all the stops and did a great job for us.
4th Sep 2026 (13 days ago)They were so bad we have already parted ways. After 3 viewings with zero feedback and excuse after excuse they finally allowed us to exit the contract early. That’s how confident they were at selling our property. The office is full of staff fresh out of school who lack basic sales skills. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Very different to the William H Brown I knew when I used to work in mortgages/banking years ago. Zero customer service!
2nd Sep 2025 (1 year ago)I do feel that they need to have social media platforms to promote properties like most agents do. Also there is no shop to go in or for them to advertise the brochure etc. there way of working g may work for some for houses that will sell quickly but not for me.

Hopefully I'll find something else with someone else. Do not respond to emails. And do not respond. When you send a request for a property. No, very good. I will go somewhere else. I know where I'm not wanted.
31st Aug 2024 (2 years ago)ALL the staff at Richard Kendall, have been kind, helpful & courteous They have gone above & beyond and really are a fantastic team Mandy my personal negotiator is a lovely lady!! Very kind, patient & helpful She has regularly updated me with the progress of my sale & her advice & wisdom is second to none Overall a very positive experience I would & have recommended Richard Kendall, to other people Also sold my previous property in Ossett with Richard Kendall- 10th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)The whole process of selling my house was handled in a professional and efficient manner. Ian was very honest and helpful at the initial valuation and kept us updated on developments throughout the process, including some delicate negotiations with both sets of solicitors who seemed to be dragging their feet. Tom was the perfect gentleman, always helpful, polite and professional. I would definitely use them again.

9th Sep 2026 (8 days ago)Only one viewing throughout the marketing period, we didn’t feel they pushed the property at all, we did a large reduction within the marketing time and received no feedback from the office even though it was promised, our point of contact switched half way through but nobody told us or introduced themselves, when we advised we were taking it off the market nobody made notes/acknowledged or followed it through, we had to chase when the property would be off the market and board removed and the office didn’t know what we were talking about, boards still here over 3 wks after it was removed from market.

The estate agent was extremely helpful, responsive and always kept us informed about what was happening and what to expect next.<br><br>Communication was great from start to finish, and we always felt well supported throughout the purchase. Everything went smoothly and we really appreciated all the help along the way.<br><br>We would definitely recommend!

He handled the sale of my house with a really high level of professionalism, I’d previously used a more traditional estate agent as I hadn’t come across EweMove, the contrast was night and day and Paul made the selling experience enjoyable.<br><br>Paul was knowledgeable, approachable and kept everything moving when it could easily have become stressful. I really appreciated his patience, communication and the way he conducted himself throughout the process.<br><br>A genuinely excellent estate agent and a real credit to the team. Thank you, Paul!

From the very beginning, he has been incredibly efficient, professional and genuinely helpful throughout my purchase journey so far.<br><br>Jake submitted my very first offer on what will be my dream home, and he has gone above and beyond at every stage since. He even delayed his lunch break so I could get to the office with my paperwork, then helped with all the technical side of uploading the documents so everything could be processed quickly.<br><br>Communication has been outstanding. Jake has kept me fully informed about my vendor's house search and the progress of the rest of the chain, so I've always known where things stood. He also instructed my solicitors on my behalf, making the whole process much smoother and taking a lot of the stress away.<br><br>Whenever I've called or emailed, Jake has always responded promptly.<br><br>If you're buying or selling a property, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jake and the team at Mallinson & Co.
