We were particularly impressed by the care they took over the photographs and presentation of the house, and by the fact that the whole team came to see the house before it was listed, to ensure they all understood the property's features and selling points. The pre-sale advice we received was relevant and helpful.
The team achieved a very good sale for us during a difficult market period and helped us negotiate a final price we were more than happy with.
Overall we would thoroughly recommend them to anyone with a distinctive property to sell and seeking a first-class estate agent service.

As we were moving from Lincolnshire, Brandon went out of his way to support and help us with, not only the purchase but also local information/tradesmen etc.
Would have no reservations in recommending Roy Barrett Eastgate agents.

Everyone at Goadsbys has been so professional, so helpful and so friendly and reassuring. The whole team has acted wisely throughout all the negotiations and guided us through some rough patches.
We have been in good and safe hands throughout the marketing and the sale itself and we are delighted to be able to successfully move near our daughter early in the New Year.
We could not have been more pleased with the service Goadsbys has given us and we highly recommend them.

It was a total change with Morton New: immediately many viewings, followed by chasing up interested people. Martin sold our home for us but prior to going on the market it needed a bit of a spruce up - even before we had signed to them Martin gave me a great contact who got the work done quickly and to a high standard and the house was marketed. It went under offer within a week but unfortunately this fell through later in the process. Straight away the house was back on the market, a new buyer was quickly found and completion day finally came. Martin was fab at keeping us updated throughout the process and great at pushing things along to ensure all was on track. An absolute star ? Maisie and Daniel kept us well informed and were always (within reason ??????) on hand for information and advice. They were never less than pleasant and professional. I’d happily recommend Boatwrights for buying and selling in the Tisbury area.

The current climate did lead to some challenges along the way, although the teams professionalism and knowledge of the market helped to smooth these out with ease. Very professional and easy to work with.

They took onboard my thoughts and ideas and the process was easy, straightforward with excellent communication throughout.- 1st Jul 2026 (18 weeks ago)Emma at Chaffers has been amazing from start to finish. She supported my wife in securing a bungalow for her parents, who needed to relocate urgently to be closer for medical reasons, and she handled the whole process with genuine kindness and empathy.
She kept in touch every couple of days with updates, went above and beyond to make sure everything stayed on track, and was incredibly personable and easy to work with. Emma truly understood our family’s situation and made a stressful time feel so much more manageable.
We can’t recommend Emma at Chaffers highly enough. My wife and in?laws are so grateful for everything she did.

19th Aug 2026 (11 weeks ago)I’ve been wanting to write this for a while but didn’t have the words. We moved into our property around 2.5 years ago which was sold to us via Connells in Shaftesbury. The mortage advisor Millie was brilliant, however as first time buyers I feel like the team really played on that. We had arranged to get a survey done of the house we intended to buy and one of the agents called us up to pressure us into not doing one as the buyers wanted to move. Telling us that because the “bank had agreed with the price of the house there was no need”. I now know this was a lie, the house has had issue after issue. From electrics and piping that isn’t up to standard and would of been flagged. Purposely hiding cut out carpet with furniture and so much more like hiding mould. I’m not sure if you record your phone calls but as a classified vulnerable customer I feel incredibly let down. We will probably never be able to move from this house because we can’t afford the costs. So if they try to convince you to not get a survey by claiming the bank agreeing to the amount is the same thing, please ignore them. It’s taken me so long to write this because I’ve been embarrassed but I also know they preyed on us being young and me being autistic and ‘guilible’.- This agent doesn't have any reviews
