31st Jul 2025 (10 mo. ago)Kirsty who works in Prescot branch. She helped me so much, I was nervous, upset and worried of how I was going to get a new home. She explained every step of the journey, telling me not to worry all the time, she kept updating me daily on the progress and made me feel happy, regardless of how many times I text and rang her she was always willing and happy to help. I am not at the moment of moving in my new furniture, which I am so relieved and the process as been quick and now I can finally get some sleep. All the staff in the branch where very helpful at all times. Thank you all for all your help. Especially Kirsty who as helped me throughout in a lovely pleasant manner and smile. You our very lucky to have such a amazing employee. Thanks again Jane

16th Apr 2026 (8 weeks ago)Cleanliness that you have tried to manipulate the conversation over on repose to our previous review that is not the concern we have raised. Cleanness does not make a property suitable to live in, and simply adding cushions or wall decorations does not reflect the true condition of the apartment. Before moving in during the viewing, we were assured that certain issues—such as blind replacements and floor mat will be repalced. However, after moving in on 9 January, we had to report multiple problems within a week, including broken switches, door handles, kitchen leakage, poor drainage in all sinks, damaged drawers, broken hooks, and faulty blinds. It clearly implies that it wasn’t suitable for living and the basic checks has not been done, all the company did is used tenet as cash machine. Most of these issues were not resolved promptly. We were informed that the landlord was “out of pocket” and that some repairs would only be completed after rent was paid. As a result, many of the problems were only fixed by March, after follow-ups from our side. Additionally, the bathtub required replacement, which was identified by building management. While this may not have been the your fault, but the repair took over a month due to poor communication is definitely the agency fault. Bathroom was not used over a month and to get it fixed we have been required to invest significant time from to get it resolved. The issue with the blinds is still unresolved and has now been refused based on the agreement which is clearly a lie from the sales agent as it was promised during the viewing and now we have been forced under the agreement and telling that landlord is out of pocket. Overall, it has been frustrating to live in a property where we constantly have to follow up on pre-existing issues, spend our time and agent try to shut us down unethically. #move in date 9 Jan. 2026 and all the attachment proof of repairs reported on 13 Jan, 2026. Clearly company doesn’t do any pre checks.

They've taken over management of my property in a straightforward and stress-free manner. I wish I'd found them sooner!! Communication has been prompt and efficient throughout, and they’ve done a great job liaising with my tenant. It's reassuring to know my property is in safe hands and would highly recommend them to other landlords. Thanks a lot Jo!

Nick supported us through the process, and helped us get answers whenever we needed them. Nick was never too busy to help, and was vital in making sure the sale went through in what turned out to be a lengthy process. Would 100% recommend!

29th Apr 2026 (7 weeks ago)Spoke to employee a week ago. The girl on the phone was exceptionally rude and felt like she even don’t want to speak or make a deal with anyone. Meant to send confirmation email but never did so I went to another company. Will always avoid them
30th Apr 2026 (6 weeks ago)?Extremely poor management. Currently withholding my full month's rent without authorization to 'offset' a maintenance bill. They ignored direct written instructions to keep rent and maintenance separate and attempted to charge for work before it was even completed (which they only admitted today). They are now claiming I owe them money despite holding my full rent. Communication has been evasive. Matter now referred to the Property Ombudsman and Trading Standards UPDATE 30/04/26: Following a formal deadline and this public review, the agency has now released my rent in full. I have settled the maintenance invoice separately as originally requested. While the financial matter is now resolved, it should not have required a legal threat and a public complaint to receive my own rental income.

Having sold two previous properties with them and always receiving great advice, they were my immediate go-to when we decided to sell a rental property we have had for a number of years. They are always happy to help with any enquiries and provide valuable advice. Michael, a local guy from Ramsbottom, has excellent local area knowledge. Thank you to Lauren for conducting the viewings and handling my calls and emails. Would highly recommend! to anyone thinking of selling.
3rd Jun 2026 (11 days ago)I live in a highly desirable area and only had 1 viewing in 10 weeks. Communication was non existent unless I chased them for it. No feedback from the viewing either. I have now left them and gone with another agent. But feel like it was 10 weeks wasted and buyers may now think there is a problem with the house

20th May 2026 (25 days ago)Sent out viewing request via right move on Friday for a rental property, filled out there form via email on Saturday (67 questions from) called on Monday and was told to fill out form, re filled form again was told someone will look through the application and get back to me to arrange a viewing,.rang back Tuesday, get told same and says they have received my form and someone will arrange viewing for next week, Wednesday property let already, they even said to me they can't do viewings because they haven't got the keys and they are trying to get access to the property so viewing would be next week, total waste of time and effort, what's the point of saying we will hold viewings next week and make ppl fill out silly forms with 67 questions, and then let agreed and don't update ppl who made a full application. Waste of time and space, if they are like this with just a rental query I don't want to know whats.it like being a tenant, may be it's good that I didn't get to view may be dodged a bullet here. Family run business my backside, total waste of space and lies throughout. Stay clear. Oh they make you fill out housing application form with the pretence that if you like it they can process applications quickly, that's without even getting to see the house yet, so you could fill out long form and make application, but if your lucky to see the house you may not like it but they have all your details already as you made a full application, just to see the house. You give them time and effort and they don't give nothing back, not even a call.or email to say property off the market,. Stay away from them.

The whole process of selling our property was managed professionally and courteously and the many set backs suffered (through no fault of themselves) were dealt with efficiently and considerately. They are all very professional and personable and were prepared to "go the extra mile' to help make the experience as painless as possible. We have no hesitation in recommending this firm.

From start to finish Nicky was exceptional, the service she provided was prompt and efficient and she communicated and kept us informed at every stage. We both regret not selling our property with them. The service felt personal and caring in what can be a stressful situation. Dealing with the same person/people throughout also really helped and you don’t get this service from larger estate agents. Myself and my husband would highly recommend Nicky and her extensive property experience.
