Sophie’s been great the whole time — always really helpful, quick to reply, and sorted everything out perfectly whenever needed. Moving out was super easy as well, everything got sorted super quick and easily with her help. Been extremely happy with Metro Residential during my stay and thanks to Sophie for all her help throughout. ??????

22nd Sep 2025 (8 mo. ago)I once excellent company completely wrecked by its new owners. The company used to be very easy to communicate with, now its easier to communicate with the dead. They use to be polite, but Northwood regard tenants as an inconvenience. I had eight years of good experiences but the ninth is a mess, and its all because Northwood, the new owners, are terrible. It must have taken a lot of effort to transform a great company into one I am now writing a one-star review for on every platform I can find, but they managed it.

20th Nov 2025 (6 mo. ago)Zero feedback given you might as welll sell your house yourself .he’s happy to take monry from you and promise the earth but in reality delivers nothing and is rarely present in office to actually markret or respond to queries on your home .
27th Dec 2023 (2 years ago)They sold my house within 5 weeks and they didn’t value it too high so that it generated lots of interest. They also coordinated the offers to ensure it went to best and finals. The communication was always amazing with feedback after every viewing. Both people that worked on the sale - Kim and Jules - were really lovely and supportive too.

23rd Feb 2026 (16 weeks ago)I can't praise the Arnside office of Hackney & Leigh Estate Agents highly enough, I have had dealings with estate agents before when I sold my parents property, however I had never previously purchased a property for myself. I was in safe hands when I did, from start to finish they kept me aware of everything that was going on at every stage of the process. This service gave me a feeling of reasurance and confidence in the company and staff! I don't know if they are lucky recruiting the right staff or have a fantastic training courses, but whatever it is keep it up you are doing the right thing.
9th Apr 2026 (9 weeks ago)I wrote a review about this “thing” and he replied with lies. The tennants next door are sub letting their house and these don’t care. They are rude and absolutely gross making threats etc. I’ve reported them to the police and council. Avoid avoid avoid
