25th Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)We have just had the pleasure of using Sharp Estate agents for the sale of our mothers home due to bereavement and I must say what a pleasure it was to do business with them. Right fro the start Lorna came round to view the house and she arrived with all the information and was very positive about a sale and quoted a very good price that she said she hoped to achieve in the region of. We also had other agents round to quote but Sharps gave us most confidence, so we went with them. All through the sale we found Sharps to be very helpful and professional and didn't mind us changing the original format to suite us. Once into the sale Sharon was also found to be very helpful.<br>All this resulted in a sale within reasonable time and a price we were both happy with. Thanks all at Sharps estate agents for a wonderful experience. Ian and David.

I was kept fully informed but didn’t need to get involved in the viewings. I received a useful summary of the various interested parties, and professional advice from which I made an informed decision.

Maybe they were just too busy but we struggled to get hold of anyone or get any information about our buyers and the chain we were in. In the end we backed out of our sale as it was taking too long and the housing market was changing fast.

Dewi Jones was able to put my property up for sale online within a week, and immediately we had multiple viewings. I got the price I wanted and it was a easy process as Dewi is professional and communicates regularly, he was always available to have a quick chat and keep me up to date.

21st Jul 2026 (15 weeks ago)Trying to find a new home is very stressful, I've seen lots of houses, with lots of different agents and they're not all equal. I want to say how great I found Rooftops Lettings. The communication was fantastic, emails, phone calls pre-viewing and follow up when they said they would. The lady I dealt with, Louise, was amazing. So friendly, honest and genuine. The process was very straightforward, Louise was so professional and made me feel really special when she contacted me to say we'd been successful, she was genuinely happy for us. I can't recommend them enough, not all agents treat you like a human being, Rooftops really really do. Thanks Louise.
