Maybe they were just too busy but we struggled to get hold of anyone or get any information about our buyers and the chain we were in. In the end we backed out of our sale as it was taking too long and the housing market was changing fast.

19th Dec 2025 (25 weeks ago)Storeys met their claims of a quality service, pricing and following through the sales process. Marketing was superb attracting over 26 viewings and many offers.We got feeling that they were a close team from Ian's first visit through each team member to exchange. The property was unusual insofar that it had been in the family for over 100 years and was yet to be on the land registry. It was explained clearly to potential buyers by the team, presented no issues and resulted in quick offers. Storeys are not cheap but showed they can set the value correctly, market, sell quickly and keep on top of conveyancing surpassing poor service seen from a competitor. Dont just go for low fees its service that matters.

Both with the swift resolution a couple of things I had contacted them about and with keeping the property up to date with being compliant with the safety regulations. They have been a pleasure to deal with, friendly professional and quick to respond. The contractors used by Rooftops have all been pleasant and professional and able to accommodate timing of visits to my requirements. I don't think I would have stayed as long in the property if the agents weren't as good to deal with as Angela and Karen have been.

2nd Feb 2026 (19 weeks ago)We’ve just completed our home move with Moore Homes and honestly can’t thank them enough. It’s been a long and stressful journey with lost buyers, delays in the chain, lots of changes along the way. They were great from the very start, but in particular Helen, from the initial photos right through to completion, she’s been brilliant. I’ve made endless phone calls and sent her hundreds of emails, and she was always happy to help, always answered, and always got back to me quickly. Without her the whole process could have been unbelievably stressful. Her support made such a difference. Would 100% recommend Moore Homes to anyone thinking of moving.

We were given lots of advice and support when we were ready to advertise our property and the photos gave the best representation of our home. We went live on boxing day and after one day of viewing we had an over the asking price offer. Everything has run seamlessly and without issue. Tom was available to speak to whenever we needed clarification or advice.
