Her communication was consistently excellent, keeping us fully informed at every stage of the process and responding promptly to any questions or issues from either side. She regularly liaised with our purchasers and went above and beyond, even stepping in to assist while colleagues were on holiday when we were looking to purchase another of Jessop’s properties. Her professionalism, dedication, and proactive approach truly sets her apart. I would highly recommend her.

Did not listen to us about sale price, sent people who couldn’t afford the mortgage, poor quality feedback, not making appointments at requested times, even phoned 2 days after we had moved to see if we had exchanged!DO NOT USE THEIR AUCTION SERVICE!were on the verge of changing agents when we struck lucky thanks to Covid!

Through ill health, I constantly needed assistance to guide me through the process of form completion and uploading of documents. Nothing seemed to bother her, she was so professional, polite and took the time to explain in detail what was required. She followed up on every call and email and took personal responsibility to ensure the process of being a guarantor for my daughter went as smooth as possible. Thanks once again Megan.
9th Apr 2026 (16 weeks ago)I was impressed with the initial meeting with Colleen who valued the property. She was knowledgeable,punctual ,a great communicator and efficient. I was extremely happy with Clare who throughout the process was always efficient ,friendly,supportive and conscientious .She replied to and resolved any queries promptly.The communication about viewings was very good and we were reminded about viewings the day before. I was very disappointed by the Sales Progressor who was difficult to speak to ,worked short hours and failed to contact us promptly causing difficulty and additional stress.

From our very first viewing right through to completion, our experience with Roundthwaite & Woodhead has been first class. We had the pleasure of dealing with Sue Pearson throughout the entire process, and she was simply outstanding. She was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and couldn’t have done more to help us every step of the way. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and she made what can often be a stressful process feel straightforward and enjoyable. What impressed us even more was that Sue took the time to check in with us after completion to make sure we were settled and happy with our purchase. That level of care and customer service is becoming increasingly rare and was very much appreciated. Having bought many properties over the years, we’ve dealt with numerous estate agents, but Roundthwaite & Woodhead have genuinely outshone them all. Their professionalism, communication and personal approach have been exceptional from start to finish. We would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Roundthwaite & Woodhead to anyone looking to buy, sell or let property in Ryedale and the surrounding areas. The previous team of Brian & Neil were excellent but now the staff won't return calls or emails and still owe me £150 since last Dec which they promised to pay but never have. Very poor.

From the very beginning, everyone took the time to explain the process clearly, answer any questions I had, and make me feel completely at ease. The entire team was highly professional, knowledgeable, and efficient, yet always approachable and genuinely friendly. Selling a home can often be a stressful experience, but they made the whole process smooth and straightforward. Communication was excellent throughout, and I always felt well informed and supported at every stage. Nothing seemed too much trouble, and their commitment to providing outstanding customer service really stood out.
