Her communication was consistently excellent, keeping us fully informed at every stage of the process and responding promptly to any questions or issues from either side. She regularly liaised with our purchasers and went above and beyond, even stepping in to assist while colleagues were on holiday when we were looking to purchase another of Jessop’s properties. Her professionalism, dedication, and proactive approach truly sets her apart. I would highly recommend her.

The entire process was handled professionally and efficiently, but the person who truly made the sale seamless was Phoebe. She was outstanding throughout — proactive, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive at every stage. Not only did they achieve £10,000 above the original valuation, but Phoebe dealt brilliantly with the issues caused by the buyer’s solicitor, keeping everything on track and taking a huge amount of stress off me. Communication was clear, timely, and reassuring, and I always felt confident that my sale was in the best possible hands. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome and would highly recommend both Phoebe and the team to anyone looking to sell their home.

I was extremely happy with Clare who throughout the process was always efficient ,friendly,supportive and conscientious .She replied to and resolved any queries promptly.The communication about viewings was very good and we were reminded about viewings the day before. I was very disappointed by the Sales Progressor who was difficult to speak to ,worked short hours and failed to contact us promptly causing difficulty and additional stress.

Additionally, there was not one cocksure young individual in a skinny fit, shiny suit. Excellent service and a genuine pleasure to deal with. They dealt with viewings for us really quickly and talked us through the whole selling process as it’sa long time since we last sold a property. When an offer was made the communication was excellent between us, the team and the buyer. Even dealing with online solicitors has been so easy.
