He was always available to show us around the property while we decided if it was the right move for us and responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had in purchasing this grade2 building. He liaised quickly & effectively between us & our seller keeping us all up to date at all times and answered all our questions. I genuinely felt Mark cared & thanks to him we are now settled into our new home. I highly recommend Mark.

Ryan evaluated our property and suggested a price, he came over as friendly and professional so we decided to go with them. We had two viewings booked straight away and we sold our house in a week (in December). We mostly dealt with Matt and he was always on top of keeping us informed of what was going on. We moved at the end of March and are now happy in our new home. Wouldn’t hesitate to use Winkworth’s Deeping again.
9th Jan 2026 (17 weeks ago)If I could leave no stars, I would. Very disappointing experience as buyers. We were encouraged on multiple occasions to increase our offers, only to be told much later that the seller was not actually in a position to proceed as they had not found anywhere to move to. Had this been made clear from the outset, we would never have increased our bids. Communication was inconsistent throughout, with long delays and changing explanations about the seller’s situation. We did not receive timely written confirmation of our offers or the seller’s responses, and only received a retrospective summary after repeatedly requesting clarity. Being pushed to increase our offer several times, only to later discover that the seller could not move forward, left us feeling that the process was driven by price rather than transparency. This lack of clarity and honesty caused unnecessary stress and ultimately led us to withdraw. We would strongly advise other buyers to ensure everything is confirmed in writing from the very beginning.

I found the team to be consistently professional, hard working and very friendly. From the first meeting with Richard (and throughout), he was so approachable and gave much helpful advice. Followed by Frazer taking amazing photos, capturing the home beautifully. Both arranged viewings and provided instant feedback. Charlotte was fabulous with guiding me through the post sale process, pulling out all the stops getting us to moving day. I cannot recommend them enough! She was very knowledgeable about the area and without having to be asked she was able to provide information about local amenities and schools etc. she also brought information of other properties we might be interested in based on our previous search and was very friendly and professional. After meeting with several estate agents recently, Shanice stands out as the best!
