She was incredibly helpful from start to finish — always available to answer our many questions, took every call with patience, and even went out of her way to arrange access for our decorator. She was instrumental in helping the transaction move forward quickly and smoothly, and her support made what could have been a stressful process feel effortless.

27th Nov 2025 (14 weeks ago)We were tenants at a property in Raynes Park managed by Jade at Samuel Estates and were very happy with the service provided. We had few issues but when we did and reported them, they were efficient and professional at sorting it out. The end of tenancy came and was fairly straight forward. I would recommend!
2nd Mar 2026 (5 days ago)I am so grateful to Issam and the team at Fletchers for their excellent customer service, patience and support throughout. It was a protracted process due to unexpected hurdles along the way, but Issam was always on the end of the phone and nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend them.
3rd Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)I rarely leave reviews, but after a challenging experience with a larger agency, I felt it was important to shout about how exceptional Toby and the team at TLC have been in selling our Grenville Place property. Communication was outstanding — Toby was always available and incredibly responsive, any time of the day or night. His knowledge of the South Kensington market and depth of experience really stood out, getting the strategy and pricing absolutely spot on from the outset (where competitors didn’t). His speed and proactive approach meant we secured quality offers quickly, and the whole team went above and beyond, even sharing trusted contacts including a great solicitor. Thank you Toby and Zoe for handling everything with care and professionalism. Whether renting, buying or selling, Toby and his team continue to prove their value many times over. Highly recommended.

Mark was polite, courteous and always happy to discuss any issues with us and kept us informed and updated throughout the process. Selling a flat (especially a leasehold) is a stressful experience but Mark and the team excelled in their jobs and made the process as simple and stress free as possible

19th Feb 2026 (16 days ago)My husband and I bought a house through Charles David Casson a couple years back and they were the worst part of the process. Their communication was poor from start to finish. They recommended the worst solicitors, DO NOT go for the solicitor they recommend. They failed to adequately arrange viewings and made the process HELL. At several points I had to request their manager to intervene, who was equally useless. If you enjoy stress and headache, you can go for them. If the seller had not been so lovely and accommodating, we would not have got this sale over the line. We literally did all the work whilst they twiddled their thumbs and wasted our time. After the sale went through, they’ve been harassing me periodically to give a valuation of the house- in case I want to sell. Haunting me even to this day.
18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
11th Dec 2025 (12 weeks ago)The worst estate agent I’ve ever come across. We arranged a viewing and it was cancelled twice, and that too an hour before. Marley was rude and unapologetic. I would think twice before selling or buying from this agent!

Pierce’s advice on valuation , price adjustment to reflect market conditions was sensible and calibrated , his commitment whether to arrange viewings or his consistent follow up to see the transaction through has been impressive. All in all a very good experience with Hanover!!!

The whole process of signing the new tenancy agreement was handled smoothly and efficiently, with clear communication at every step.<br><br>A special thanks to Sol and Sabrina — both were professional, organised and genuinely helpful throughout. They made what can often be a stressful process feel straightforward and well managed. Documents were shared promptly, everything was explained clearly, and any questions I had were answered quickly.<br><br>Overall, a very professional and positive experience. I would definitely recommend Circa London to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient real estate team.

My agent gate kept a lot of the information from us, she persuaded us for signing the contract and would not respond to any questions about the apartment or the owner. Worst decision.
