Always happy to help and answer any questions - we feel very lucky the whole process felt seamless. 27th Jan 2026 (6 weeks ago)I attended a viewing arranged by Shereen and found the experience extremely unpleasant due to her rude, condescending, and openly dismissive attitude. Instead of listening or responding professionally, she behaved in a patronising and mocking way, which made the appointment uncomfortable and unproductive. This was an issue of attitude and basic professional respect. I would not choose to work with her again and would advise other clients to be cautious.

Once we shared our search criteria’s with Charlie, he showed us flats that matched these and allowed us online visits and also on site when we were in London. He was very reactive and super helpful. Finding a flat can be incredibly stressful, but Larisa truly made the process so much easier for me. She was attentive, knowledgeable about the flats, and even spent time on her weekend to help me. She ended up finding me the most gorgeous and well connected flat, and then going above to assist with what can be an overwhelming paperwork process! Endless gratitude to you, Larisa, and to your manager Jenna who also assisted throughout the whole process!

28th Jan 2026 (5 weeks ago)I am happy to recommend Bled at Livin Estate Agents who handled our recent sale in a professional manner with good communication throughout.- 24th Feb 2026 (11 days ago)I had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with Foxtons, specifically in relation to Jenny Foster.<br><br>After already having my time wasted earlier in the process by being shown properties that did not match my clearly stated April move-in date, I was later scheduled for a viewing in Greenford with Jenny Foster.<br><br>The appointment was confirmed. I travelled to the property and waited outside for approximately 30 minutes in cold weather, only to then be told that there was no one available to conduct the viewing and that it would need to be cancelled.<br><br>There was no advance warning, no proactive communication, and no basic courtesy to inform me before I made the journey. This suggests a serious lack of organisation and internal coordination.<br><br>Booking a confirmed viewing without ensuring someone is actually available to attend is unacceptable. Clients arrange their schedules, take time out of work, and travel based on these confirmations. To discover on arrival that the viewing was never properly arranged reflects very poorly on the professionalism of the individual handling it.<br><br>If you value your time, I would strongly recommend double- and triple-checking any arrangements made through this branch before attending.<br><br>This experience has left me with very little confidence in Foxtons’ processes or accountability.

He made the process feel local and light making sure to not waste out time. I highly recommend this branch and Riley himself for an easy rental search
