11th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Selling a detached property in Burton Joyce whilst being based in London could have been a nightmare. With Elite Homes, it was the opposite. They were proactive at every turn. When an issue arose at the property, they were there before I even had to ask. They managed contractors, arranged and followed up every viewing, and kept the whole process moving without me needing to chase a thing. The thing that really struck me was that they were genuinely on my side. They negotiated a strong price, kept me fully in the loop, and never once felt like they were just going through the motions. I physically could not have asked for more. If you want an agent who treats your sale like it matters, Elite Homes is the only call you need to make.
21st Apr 2026 (8 weeks ago)I have had multiple experience with the staff here and can honestly say that I would not go anywhere else. The staff are very professional, provide a great service and are very helpful and polite. Having both purchased and sold with whitegates and experienced superb service each time I though it was only fair that I shout about it so that others will know how good they really are. I only ever recommend them (and yes I have tried others in the past, my worst experience being with a company that has an X in there name). Whitegates however have and are always spot on, you wont go wrong using them. Thank you to everyone there for the years of amazing service.

30th Aug 2021 (4 years ago)I would definitely use lighthouse estate agents again in the future. I have only sold a property through them but I found Simon very helpful and courteous and was able to make contact at any time with him and get good sound advice. Would definitely recommend!

23rd May 2025 (1 year ago)Whilst the service up to sale agreed was fine after that limited if any progress, no sense of urgency, no keeping clients up to date Dates for completion kept being put back Resorted to speaking to my solicitor as MM were hopeless No update at all the week of completion so if it was left to them I wouldn’t know whether I was supposed to be completing today
14th May 2023 (3 years ago)Lesley Hreaves Estate agents in Gedling Village were excellent. Friendly, Efficientand always happy to discuss progress. There were always viewers to look at the house every week but to begin with these maybe not the right people as they hadn’t done their homework with regards to layout. We reduced the price which immediately found the exact buyer for the house, who really want it and appreciate what it offers. Great result in 6 weeks. Would recommend Lesley Greaves to sell your house. Thankyou LG.

I can’t thank Tash and Ella enough for making my house sale run smoothly and quickly. From coming on the market it sold and completed in 11 weeks. Would highly recommend Benjamins. Fantastic solicitor recommendation as well. Thank you again for being amazing.
23rd Feb 2024 (2 years ago)Didn't get as far as actually dealing with them - saw an interesting flat, but the blurb was obviously written by AI, was unclear, contradictory and definitely inaccurate. Obviously hadn't ben proofread or edited. Made me wonder how much else they skimp on doing properly, so approached another agent.

18th Jul 2024 (1 year ago)Wanted details on the Southwell Prebend house after a while I received it requested further information and a guidance on price and a viewing no reply a very well known Southwell resident who I visit discussed it with me ,I wasn't saying I was going to buy it but it would have helped if I was at the very least been given further information . Any how I gave up!! As far as I'm aware unless an agreement has been made which hasn't it should be open for a viewing.

So many agencies over promise and under deliver. Elizabeth Gaughan is very different. The reason she is different is that she is professional, does what she says and makes sensible recommendations. She is pleasant, friendly and helpful. Elizabeth and Richard are easy to reach when you need them and knowledgeable about the local market. One of them would answer a query within minutes of it being asked. I would use this business again and recommend Elizabeth Gaughan wholeheartedly.
