21st Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)I have had multiple experience with the staff here and can honestly say that I would not go anywhere else. The staff are very professional, provide a great service and are very helpful and polite. Having both purchased and sold with whitegates and experienced superb service each time I though it was only fair that I shout about it so that others will know how good they really are. I only ever recommend them (and yes I have tried others in the past, my worst experience being with a company that has an X in there name). Whitegates however have and are always spot on, you wont go wrong using them. Thank you to everyone there for the years of amazing service.

Julie was absolutely fantastic and helped us when she did not need to. If we were to sell again we would choose Whitegates - and specifically ask for Julie! 18th Jul 2024 (2 years ago)Wanted details on the Southwell Prebend house after a while I received it requested further information and a guidance on price and a viewing no reply a very well known Southwell resident who I visit discussed it with me ,I wasn't saying I was going to buy it but it would have helped if I was at the very least been given further information . Any how I gave up!! As far as I'm aware unless an agreement has been made which hasn't it should be open for a viewing.

Neil & Maggie have a very large knowledge of the market in and around Mansfield. Services they offer are very reasonably priced. They are often known for going above and beyond to achieve success with the client, if it is selling, buying or using their property management services.

Communication was excellent throughout, and the regular data updates on how the listing was performing were a great touch.<br>Once we'd secured a buyer, they stayed with us, guiding us through the legal process right up to exchange. Stu and Amber are knowledgeable, friendly and always on hand. I can't recommend them highly enough.
