8th Jun 2026 (6 days ago)Craig was absolutely first class from start to finish. We were new to renting and he was always there, even on his day off ! to give advice and support. Moving was really stressful but massively helped by Craig’s can do attitude.

30th Dec 2025 (24 weeks ago)We brought a property from This Estate Agent - which was a 3 bedroom Bungalow- in the Skegness area- the Bungalow- nothing worked in the property and we had to spend a lot of money- upgrading the property- about 3 years ago We asked for a valuation on the property- This person who came out - was very rude and he criticised our property- as we had do a lot with upgrading the property- such as the garage was a other room - we had to strip the this room - as it did not fall into the council structure and standard- this Person- Mathew Holland - did not criticise the property- when he sold the property to US - this person is very rude and I would not recommend him or his services.

9th Apr 2026 (9 weeks ago)Great to start with but once we signed contracts all communications stopped. We never received any updates at all, we had to chase them every time. We eventually gave notice in writing to terminate the contract and nobody bothered to contact us to ask why we were leaving? Very poor customer service

I have to say a massive thank you to Natalie Yates, who went above and beyond with support. I would also like to thank the rest of the staff who took many phone calls from me, lol. I highly recommend this company for a property sale, and Natalie as the agent. Thank you Natalie and Wallace Jones

Alexandra the lady who I dealt with was very friendly and nice I met her at the property I was early for my appointment but she was there already waiting. Very welcoming and was very helpful and answered all my questions. From start to finish Alexandra was very helpful putting my mind at ease when I had queries and helpful with the all the paperwork. I'd recommend Martin & Co Beeston after dealing with other estate agents these are by far the most welcoming and professional.

The advertising was fantastic, the staff were always polite and prompt to.answer if we had any queries. 6th Feb 2026 (18 weeks ago)Phoned up to enquire on a property they had advised for sale met with a complete lack of interest from the staff member who was not only rude but dismissive, fortunately the house is advertised with another agent where we have been able to since view the property with no hassle! If you are thinking of selling or looking to buy completely avoid these bunch of clowns.

We were buying a property that they had on the market and were unfortunately dealing with some less than supportive solicitors. Mel was amazing throughout and helped guide us through a very stressful process and helped us feel like our voices were heard. If it hadn't have been for the team at Hammond Properties, we likely would not have been able to move into our home before Christmas. A massive thank you to Mel and the team at Hammond Properties for their help in buying our first home.

They made everything feel smooth and stress-free, always keeping me informed and providing clear, helpful guidance. Their knowledge and attention to detail really stood out, and it was clear they are committed to delivering a high standard of service. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and everything was handled with great care and professionalism. I would highly recommend Granger & Oaks to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy estate agent. A genuine five-star experience!

20th May 2026 (25 days ago)At the start the services were very well didnt know when it was time. To move out i was almost loosing all my deposite. Things pointed out was including weed at the garden for and animal poop" note i lived in with no pets , within 3yrs. There is were and tear. This. Was not to be looked? Being shouted by "manager" to drop the key simply because i had missed time to take the key back as i finished shifting at night . Mind you i made them aware i was to bring the key and i was driving to their office. The level of rudeness was soo bad i was lucky to have the deposite protection otherwise 90% was going away anyway never gain will i want the service. That is my view
2nd Apr 2026 (10 weeks ago)Came in, told me literally everything I needed to know , and boom it was sold- 23rd Mar 2026 (12 weeks ago)Turned up to a viewing that they said they had no knowledge about even though i spoke to them on the phone with Phillip and confirmed it plus got email to confirm it and then they say they would ring me back to book in another appointment and spoke to abbie on the phone yet they haven’t been in touch and this has been over a week simply not good enough this was the property for 45 william street in newark not professional at all

She is so personable and from the moment you meet her, you know that you are in good hands. Within a day, my own property was on the market and attracting viewings, and I genuinely feel she went above and beyond to secure a sale for me. The video she posted on social media was incredible and received more views and kind comments than I ever expected. My house wasn't up for sale long but throughout the process, Lora kept me informed and booked viewings in swiftly. Nothing is ever too much trouble for Lora. Once the sale was agreed, her support didn’t stop. She continued to exceed expectations, staying closely involved to ensure the move progressed quickly and smoothly. Throughout the entire process, I felt fully guided, supported, and advised. Lora’s dedication and care made a real difference, and I’m truly grateful for everything she did. Thank you again!

She was highly communicative throughout the entire process and sorted everything out for us in a timely manner. ?She truly went above and beyond when we broke down on the A46 on our way to collect the keys—Laura actually drove down to meet us on the roadside so we could sign the tenancy agreement and get our keys! If that isn’t the definition of going above and beyond, I don’t know what is. Thank you, Laura!
