The house is our forever home and i very much doubt we will be making another move; however, for anyone considering selling or purchasing, we would give F&C the highest recommendation.

30th Dec 2025 (6 mo. ago)We brought a property from This Estate Agent - which was a 3 bedroom Bungalow- in the Skegness area- the Bungalow- nothing worked in the property and we had to spend a lot of money- upgrading the property- about 3 years ago We asked for a valuation on the property- This person who came out - was very rude and he criticised our property- as we had do a lot with upgrading the property- such as the garage was a other room - we had to strip the this room - as it did not fall into the council structure and standard- this Person- Mathew Holland - did not criticise the property- when he sold the property to US - this person is very rude and I would not recommend him or his services.

9th Apr 2026 (16 weeks ago)Great to start with but once we signed contracts all communications stopped. We never received any updates at all, we had to chase them every time. We eventually gave notice in writing to terminate the contract and nobody bothered to contact us to ask why we were leaving? Very poor customer service

Extremely helpful in getting the purchase through at a price that was good for us, we were kept informed of progress, but more importantly they were very quick in coming back with responses to our questions. Thanks inparticular to Michael and Natalie for their friendliness and super-efficient assistance in getting this purchase through.

The advertising was fantastic, the staff were always polite and prompt to.answer if we had any queries. I would highly recommend them- 20th Jul 2026 (9 days ago)I cant thank Jordan and the team enough for the sale of our house.<br>Very straight talking and always keeping us in the loop, they didnt stop chasing when required.<br>I would seriously recommend this company to sell your house, there are so many options when selling your house with other Agents trying to push you into selling with them, which puts me off straight away, with these that wasnt the case, I went on face value and it worked.<br>Great Team.............

22nd Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)Spoke to Liberty in the office who was so helpful and enthusiastic, asked me all about my property , so very professional . I'd also like to add , that when it came to someone viewing my house , it was Liberty who showed them round , turned up before the viewing , asked me other questions about my property , you could tell that this ment as much to her as it did me . I've worked in sales for 25 years , i know my house is in very safe hands with Liberty and William H Brown . I will be going in too request Liberty does all my house viewings from now on .

Being thousands of miles away could easily have been stressful, but thanks to Jonathan and his fantastic team, we've always had complete peace of mind.<br>Every member of the team has been professional, personable, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Whether it was finding tenants, managing the property, dealing with maintenance, or simply answering questions, everything was handled quickly and efficiently. They were understanding of my needs and kept me informed every step of the way.- 23rd Mar 2026 (18 weeks ago)Turned up to a viewing that they said they had no knowledge about even though i spoke to them on the phone with Phillip and confirmed it plus got email to confirm it and then they say they would ring me back to book in another appointment and spoke to abbie on the phone yet they haven’t been in touch and this has been over a week simply not good enough this was the property for 45 william street in newark not professional at all

29th May 2026 (9 weeks ago)I first met Lora as a buyer, when she was selling the home I now live in. From the very beginning, she was incredibly helpful and proactive. She is so personable and from the moment you meet her, you know that you are in good hands. Within a day, my own property was on the market and attracting viewings, and I genuinely feel she went above and beyond to secure a sale for me. The video she posted on social media was incredible and received more views and kind comments than I ever expected. My house wasn't up for sale long but throughout the process, Lora kept me informed and booked viewings in swiftly. Nothing is ever too much trouble for Lora. Once the sale was agreed, her support didn’t stop. She continued to exceed expectations, staying closely involved to ensure the move progressed quickly and smoothly. Throughout the entire process, I felt fully guided, supported, and advised. Lora’s dedication and care made a real difference, and I’m truly grateful for everything she did. Thank you again!

We asked for an additional pair of keys to be cut to save us having to plan when the other person was going to be in which we were told we would have to pay for - turns out there was a spare pair of keys in the key box outside the whole time...<br><br>Over the course of the year they virtually never picked up the phone when called - good luck getting through to anyone.<br><br>Lastly, our property thankfully changed hands to a property manager that did their job and towards the end of our contract we received an email from John Shepherd outlining that their was rent arrears for the past 4 months... yes they seriously didn't even know that our property had not been under their management for almost half of our tenancy.<br><br>Strongly do not recommend.
