I originally bought my house through them, and when the time came to sell, there was no question in my mind about who to turn to, I went straight back.<br><br>From the very first conversation, they were professional, warm, and genuinely courteous. The sales and marketing team did a wonderful job presenting the property in its best light, and Pavlo was a superb guide throughout, getting our home in front of the right people and ultimately securing the sale.<br><br>But that was really just the beginning. The support team at F&C (Jane and Janice), were absolutely brilliant, looking after us every step of the way right through to the very end. Their diligence and experience truly paid off, and even though parts of the sale became complicated and stressful, their knowledge and dedication were invaluable right up to the final day.<br><br>We can't thank them enough. After some disappointing experiences with other agents in the past, working with F&C was a real breath of fresh air — personable, talented, and true experts in their field.<br><br>I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this team to anyone.<br><br>Dan Workman
5th Sep 2026 (9 days ago)When buying a house advertised by Brown and Co we were very impressed by the care and attention given to us even though we were the buyers and not their client. They were very helpful, thoughtful and caring throughout the purchase even when it was fraught with difficulties.<br><br>We were very grateful for the professional and prompt communication, and for the balanced negotiating skills from Jeremy and we were very impressed with Neil's friendly and open manner.<br><br>We highly recommend Brown and Co.

30th Dec 2025 (8 mo. ago)We brought a property from This Estate Agent - which was a 3 bedroom Bungalow- in the Skegness area- the Bungalow- nothing worked in the property and we had to spend a lot of money- upgrading the property- about 3 years ago We asked for a valuation on the property- This person who came out - was very rude and he criticised our property- as we had do a lot with upgrading the property- such as the garage was a other room - we had to strip the this room - as it did not fall into the council structure and standard- this Person- Mathew Holland - did not criticise the property- when he sold the property to US - this person is very rude and I would not recommend him or his services.

9th Apr 2026 (23 weeks ago)Great to start with but once we signed contracts all communications stopped. We never received any updates at all, we had to chase them every time. We eventually gave notice in writing to terminate the contract and nobody bothered to contact us to ask why we were leaving? Very poor customer service- 11th Dec 2025 (9 mo. ago)We bought a house through Thomas James. Ben was very helpful and kept the purchase on track through some tricky times. Completed yesterday! Thanks Ben :)
18th Aug 2026 (27 days ago)Had my property managed by them . Not happy with the way they handled when it came to an issue with tenant . The person in charge have not returned any of my calls dispite many messages left . Nobody took any responsibility on misshandeling and mistakes that was made .<br>I am still waiting for the last tenant to remove the rubbish they left in garden which will cost me a good couple of hunderd and the deposit has been returned without solving this issue.The property was left dirty also . It looks like nobody did their job and no last inspection was done .<br>I was told it was let to a letting company and their effort to contact them has failed .<br>All that management fees are to avoid this kind of problems or so I thought.

Even after moving into my new place she checked in with me to make sure everything was okay.

They were all "on it" from the beginning. My first contact with Jordan, who was enthusiastic and contagiously positive with her ideas, to the incredible friendly, efficient, supportive, professional and again positive and professional, lovely Laura (who answered all my questions and great to talk to!(all of them were)!)). All supported by Ellie, who also kept everything moving, nothing was too much trouble and the communication was fabulous. A fabulous team. The price is good and between them, they made everything seem easy. I am so grateful to them for making me feel that I am in "good hands". I have had experience with other Estate Agents and can honestly say, Newton Fallowell have been the BEST.

28th Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)After a promising start with Jared it quickly went down hill. We are first time sellers and dealing with WHB put us off entirely that we took the house off the market and are going to try again in a couple of years (with another estate agent).<br><br>(To be clear, when we cancelled the contract I emailed them with our experience and it went unanswered)<br><br>In summary:<br>1. We expected a consultative experience. Being guided through the selling process with recommendations on what to do. Instead we’d get calls asking us what we wanted to do… if we knew what to do we wouldn’t be paying you thousands in fees.<br>2. Liberty is in serious need of training. Any push back or challenge and she hands you off to Jared, during negotiations with a prospective buyer she relayed incorrect information on their offer, and speaking with the offerees directly communication with them was non existent. From the same offerees we were told that Liberty really doesnt understand the house she is selling, any of its unique features (even though we sent an email detailing them) and instead just guessed.<br>3. We had 4 viewings in 4 months, zero advice on what to do. With one viewing they were an elderly couple looking for a bungalow (for context we are a 3 story with steep stairs)<br>4. We received an incredibly low offer. This offer was delivered with no advice, no suggestions on next steps, no consultation. Just "here's the offer, what do you wanna do?" This offer was given around lunchtime, to which we countered and I had to chase a call the morning after to find out what was going on.<br><br>Rather than the consultative experience we expected, it feels like they are just order takers.<br><br>Based on our experience id encourage you to avoid.

She is so personable and from the moment you meet her, you know that you are in good hands. Within a day, my own property was on the market and attracting viewings, and I genuinely feel she went above and beyond to secure a sale for me. The video she posted on social media was incredible and received more views and kind comments than I ever expected. My house wasn't up for sale long but throughout the process, Lora kept me informed and booked viewings in swiftly. Nothing is ever too much trouble for Lora. Once the sale was agreed, her support didn’t stop. She continued to exceed expectations, staying closely involved to ensure the move progressed quickly and smoothly.
