They provide periodic inspection reports with detailed photos, so any issues in the property are picked up early. Highly recommended.

The purchase took a little longer than expected to go through, but they were proactive in chasing the solicitors when needed and kept both us and the seller fully updated throughout the process. Their communication and support made everything much less stressful.- 10th Jun 2026 (9 days ago)Nathan originally came to do the valuation. He was friendly and informative and provided detailed information regarding the sale process and suggested asking price which led to Your move being approved by the family. Matt assumed main responsibility for pursuing the actual sale. Updates were provided at least on a weekly basis and suggested reviewing of the property valuation based on interest. Once a buyer was found Matt then took a proactive approach to ensure the sale went through as soon as possible despite some problems near to the completion date where he liaised with both sets of solicitors and kept me informed without the need for me to request further information. Thank you

This is an estate agent that actually cares and will go above and beyond to help you achieve the required outcome. I can’t recommend this estate agents enough, they treat you as an individual unlike so many coin operated business out there. Thank you so much
5th Jul 2023 (2 years ago)I paid my last months rent despite the house being empty in good faith, to then have them try and wangle your deposit from you after you went above and beyond to leave the house in a better condition than you got it and worse part is only lived there 8 months, I had 80% house freshly painted, had brand new oven fitted, left fitted blinds and matching lightshades and they STILL try and rinse you! It's really bad I am absolutely gutted!

3rd Jun 2026 (16 days ago)Darren and Aimee were absolutely wonderful. From the initial contact, through to the viewings everythin went smoothly. They set up a WhatApp group and queries were always answered within the hour. The house never actually had a "For Sale" sign up as it was sold so quickly that the only sign said "Sold". They had also clearly understood the situation of the buyer - so there were no complications at all along the way. From offer to completion in well under two months says it all. Totally professional and more!
