From my initial contact, they have relentlessly kept great communication in what is a difficult market, to find our "forever house". Tom and Edward's experience is second to none. If we are ever in the market for another house (hopefully not, as my wife has promised), I would have no hesitation in calling Savills......10/10

I can’t recommend them highly enough. We had no stress whatsoever as they did all the hard work for us. Many thanks ????????
15th Aug 2023 (9 mo. ago)The agency itself it's fine but I want to make everyone aware of a corrupt landlord Paul Ginty who made me homeless by accusing me of running an illegal massage business from the flat in Moston! This was just a few days after I've moved in, I refused him to come to the flat to do some random repairs I wasn't told about right at the beginning. I let him finish off what he meant to do at first but he kept coming up with other excuses to do other repairs which didn't need doing. He seemed very desperate to come in do them even though there wasn't any repairs left to do. I work as a counsellor from home over the phone and the tenant has a right to privacy. He's a dodgy landlord who believed he could take advantage of me because I was a young woman, so be aware. He sent me intimidating text messages saying he would just walk in, which upset me because I felt he could appear at any time as there was only 1 lock on the door and I didn't feel safe. He only gave me 1 days notice to leave, when by law its between 1 or 2 months. I was homeless for 3 months because of him, sleeping on sofas, having to put all my stuff into storage and going through more stress which I didn't need after seeing my dad dying of cancer few months earlier, I will not let anyone treat me like this, he's probably never been told NO by a woman and I believe this is what triggered him. He is a horrible and disgusting landlord and shouldn't be trusted.

25th Sep 2023 (7 mo. ago)One of the worst eastate agents you will come across never mind Oldham probably in the whole of the country, No one knows what's coming and going and I dont think they're even qualified to run an estate agent. I would avoid this company as much as possible to save yourself from disasters for the tenants and the landlords.

19th Nov 2023 (6 mo. ago)I recently had the displeasure of having Phillip Ellis manage my two properties, I'm compelled to share my profoundly unsatisfactory experience. Having initially connected with a staff member at a networking event, the reality of working with this company fell far short of expectations. The litany of unprofessionalism began with the inexcusable allowance of early tenant access to one property, a blatant violation of the contract terms. In the other property, a shocking lack of property inspections persisted for an entire year, leaving my investment at the mercy of neglect. Critical paperwork was not only mishandled but also lost, contributing to a pervasive lack of communication from this company. Despite my persistent efforts to address these issues, there was no acknowledgment of fault or a hint of an apology. To say that Phillip Ellis fell short of their promises would be an understatement. The level of unprofessionalism exhibited throughout my dealings with them has been beyond poor. I cannot emphasise enough the sheer frustration and disappointment this company has caused. In conclusion, my encounter with Phillip Ellis stands out as one of the worst business experiences. Their complete lack of accountability, awful communication, and unfulfilled promises make them a company to avoid at all costs. Spare yourself the headache and explore alternative options for your property management needs

We had found our future home and needed to sell ours quickly to ensure our offer would be accepted. We contacted EweMove on a Wednesday, Martin came to our house Thursday morning, the advert was live by Friday & the house had 12 viewings booked in for Bank Holiday Monday & Wednesday evening. The house was sold by the Wednesday, 7 days after initial contact. This service is unheard of and completely blew us away. Martin was unbelievably knowledgeable and extremely generous with his time. We were made to feel like his only client despite his busy workload & nothing was too much trouble. We will never use another estate agent and will recommend Martin & EweMove to everybody we know. We can't thank you enough Martin.
