His knowledge of the whole process is brilliant, and his down-to-earth approach in an industry full of hype and jargon was very refreshing! Having dealt with several other estate agents during my search, including one purchase with another agent that progressed quite far before falling through with little support provided from that particular agent, I can honestly say the service at Hunters stood out. Vicky, Marissa and team were consistently friendly, responsive, and proactive throughout the process. They were quick to address any questions or concerns, providing clear updates and helping everything move along smoothly and efficiently. Their support made the stress of house buying feel much more manageable. I would definitely recommend them — thank you again!

Communication appears inconsistent, with different information provided at different times, which makes it difficult to rely on what is being said. There also seems to be a lack of clear structure, procedures and follow-through, which affects confidence in how the business operates.

9th Nov 2025 (25 weeks ago)Our experience with this estate agent, and in particular with Joanne, was extremely disappointing from start to finish. As buyers, we were made to feel like we weren't a priority, when it was clearly implied that her main responsibility was to the seller rather than providing a fair and professional service to both parties. We did everything requested of us promptly and with patience, but even basic communication was difficult, because her tone was often passive-aggressive and condescending, which made the process unnecessarily stressful, and actually really upset me a lot at times! On multiple occasions, we were pressured to complete tasks urgently, even when we were already working as quickly as possible. The final stages of completion were particularly frustrating, as Joanne was completely unreachable on the day - a moment that should have been exciting for us as first-time buyers. Thankfully, our solicitors stepped in to resolve the issue. However, the final straw was Joanne’s audacity in accusing me of being a liar and making inappropriate comments about others in the process. Her complete lack of respect and accountability is concerning and incredibly frustrating! I advise others to be cautious before dealing with this agency.

I can’t recommend them highly enough. We had no stress whatsoever as they did all the hard work for us. Many thanks ????????

We had arranged a viewing for a flat, but on the day of the appointment, we were informed that the property had already been let agreed. This was very frustrating, as no prior notice was given. Additionally, the staff member we spoke to on the phone was rude and came across as unprofessional, which made the situation even more disappointing.- 15th Dec 2025 (20 weeks ago)The services provided is so bad, one of their staff called talking so disrespectfully as though he is doing me a favour by selling house to me, the day we went to collect key after the sale fall through they attended to us so shabbily, I only went through with the sale because we already gone far...but this team is terrible

Very proactive in marketing my property and no issue in relation to attending viewings when I was unable to be present. A great all round team!

The owner refuses complaints they talk to you like your nothing after you've signed the paper work and they do not honour promised repairs or any repairs. Avoid see all the negative comments. The owner cant even dress smart. Its another company he's going to run It to the ground then he will open his 4th to repeat!

27th Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)THE RUDEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS IN MY LIFE! Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!

20th Feb 2026 (10 weeks ago)I wish I had instructed Paul to sell my property initially because it had languished with 2 well known agents for Months without any sensible sale plan/updates.<br>Paul offered straight talking, no nonsense advice. We had an offer within days of the viewings.<br>Go with an agent who is as committed as you are to sell and will add valuable insight to the process. You won't be disappointed with Paul.
